This study aims to determine the profile of the career aspirations of students and their implications for career guidance services at SMAN 1 Koto XI Tarusan in terms of: 1) Aspects of Intention. 2) Attitude Aspect. 3) Behavioral Aspect This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study was class XII students, totaling 132 students. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive random sampling technique, namely as many as 57 students who became the research sample. The analysis used in this research is the percentage. The results of this study on the profile of the career aspirations of students and their implications for career guidance services at SMAN 1 Koto XI Tarusan show: 1) Career aspirations seen from the aspect of intention are in many categories. 2) Career aspirations seen from the attitude aspect are in many categories. 3) Career aspirations seen from the behavioral aspect are in many categories. The existence of subject teachers only submits student problems; therefore, researchers are interested in making a Collaborative Model of Guidance and Counseling Teachers with Subject Teachers in increasing students' learning motivation which can facilitate Guidance and Counseling Teachers in overcoming students' learning motivation problems. This study aims to describe: 1) Description of students' learning motivation, 2) Designing a collaborative model of Guidance and Counseling Teachers and Subject Teachers in increasing students' learning motivation. This research was conducted by development (R&D). The subjects in this study were students of class XI MIA 1 and MIA 5 totaling 60 people. The development procedure used in this study includes 5 steps, namely: 1) Potential and problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Product design, 4) Design validation, 5) Design revision, so as to produce the final product design of the Guidance and Counseling Teacher collaboration model with Subject teachers in increasing students' learning motivation. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, and processed using the percentage technique. The results of this study describe in general 1) The learning motivation of students is in a fairly high category, 2) The design of the Collaborative Model for Guidance and Counseling Teachers with Subject Teachers in increasing students' learning motivation which has been validated by theoretical experts is categorized as \"Accepted\" and feasible. developed. This study aims to determine: 1) Profile of the level of learning saturation of students in class XI MIPA. 2) Designing development media to reduce the boredom of learning based on Information Technology (IT) which is acceptable theoretically and practically. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research approach. The population in this study were students in class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 15 Padang 234 students. The number of samples is 70 students. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Meanwhile, for data analysis using Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of this study, it is revealed that: 1) For the profile of the level of learning saturation of students in class XI MIPA is in the medium category, 2) Media that has been validated by theoretical and practical experts is categorized as \"Very acceptable\" and suitable for use. The purpose of this development research is to develop a Powtoon-based mathematics learning media on set material. This study uses the ADDIE research method with five stages of development, namely analysis, planning, development, implementation and evaluation. However, the research was modified from 5 stages to 3 stages, namely analysis, design, and development. The subjects in this research and development were seventh grade students of SMP IT Muhammadiyah Simpang Empat, two material experts consisting of a material expert lecturer and a mathematics teacher as a validator of the feasibility of learning media, one media expert, namely a media expert lecturer. The result of this research is mathematics learning media in the form of animation video based on Powtoon. The feasibility of the media is said to be valid by material experts and media experts and gets a good response. Based on the results of data analysis, the average value obtained from material experts is 4.52 and media experts is 4.6. How are students' responses to LKPD based on a scientific approach to matrix material? as the purpose of this study is to determine whether the development of LKPD based on a scientific approach to matrix material in high school is feasible to use. To be able to find out how students respond to LKPD based on a scientific approach to matrix material. This research is a research and development Research and Development (R&D) that uses a 4D development model which consists of 4 stages, namely the definition stage, the design stage, the develop stage, and the dissemination stage. However, in this study, the researchers only limited it to the 3D stage, namely define, design and develop. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire sheet for the expert feasibility test. Based on the validation results from the validator, the LKPD assessment scores were obtained by two expert lecturers and one mathematics teacher with an average percentage value of 79% and categorized as \"Eligible\". For student responses to LKPD based on a scientific approach to matrix material, the average percentage value is 86% and is categorized as \"Very Good\". The purpose of this study is to describe the attention of parents in terms of: 1) Supervising the learning process of students. 2) Motivating student learning. 3) Meet the learning needs of students. 4) Guiding students in learning. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method with the research population of 31 students and the total sample of students selected by total sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the percentage formula. The results of the study were concluded as follows: 1) Supervising the learning process of students had a fairly good percentage of 51.61% and 3.23% good. 2) Motivating students' learning has a fairly good percentage of 80.65% and 19.35 is not good. 3) Meeting the learning needs of students has a fairly good percentage of 67.74% and 6.45% good. 4) Guiding students in learning has a very poor percentage of 71.00% and 29.03% less good.
