Domin is one of the plants that can be used as a traditional medicine. One of them is the treatment of infectious diseases. Infectious diseases are the most disease suffered by the population in developing countries, including Indonesia. Some infectious diseases that can be caused by the bacterium Escherichia coli is a urinary tract infection or urinary tractus infection, diarrhea, prevalence of diarrheal diseases in Southeast Sulawesi Province was 7,3% higher than the national prevalence of diarrhea is 3,5 % this study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of leaves C. trifolia L. Domin against the bacteria E. coli. This type of research is experimental research design using cylinder cup consisting of 5 treatments. Each treatment consists of three repetitions. C. trifolia L. Domin leaves then C. trifolia L. Domin as test materials made concentration of 10%, 20% and 30%. The results showed that ethanol extracts of leaves C. trifolia L. Domin with a concentration of 10% has an average value of 7,67 mm zone of inhibition concentration of 20% has an average value of 10,33 mm zone of inhibition and concentration of 30% has an average value 14,00 mm zone of inhibition. Results of ANOVA showed ethanol extract of leaves C. trifolia L. Domin had a zone of inhibition against Escherichia coli with different concentrations. And on the LSD (Least Significant Difference) concentration that was 30% effective in inhibiting the growth of bacteria E. coli. Keywords: zone inhibition, leaves Cayratia trifolia L. The changes that occur during puberty often cause anxiety. The purpose of this research was to know the factors related to anxiety facing teenage puberty at SMPN 20 Kendari. The type of this research was observational analytic research with cross sectional study approach. The research population were all students of class VIII and IX in SMPN 20 Kendari in the period of 2017 as many as 432 people. The sample of research were 81 respondents. The statistical test used is chi squre test. The results showed there was an association of self-acceptance with anxiety facing teenage puberty (X2hit) = 9,194> X2tab = 3.841, φ = 0.363). There was a parent-support relationship with anxiety facing teenage puberty (X2hit) = 5,506> X2tab = 3,841, φ = 0.287). There was a relationship of peer support with anxiety facing teenage puberty (X2hit) = 8.952> X2tab = 3,841, φ = 0.358). Research Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of diet on nutritional status of prisoners in prison Class II A Baubau. Research Method: The study was conducted in February of 2018 at the Class II A Baubau Prison Center on 132 prisoners. The research method used was observational analytics with cross sectional approach by measuring body weight and height also interview using questionnaire. The data of the research were analyzed using chi square test. Research Result: The results showed that 23.5% of respondents were nutritional status of thin, 65.9% normal nutritional status and 10.6% of respondents had more nutritional status. Prisoner diet was found that 82.6% of respondents get food according to the prison regulations and 17.4% of respondents get food not in accordance with prisons. Chi square test showed that there is influence of diet to nutritional status of prisoner shown with value P = 0.000. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research, that there was a dietary influence on the nutritional status of prisoners of Class II A Baubau.
