At the same time, high levels of interest on a loan of a loan with low losses of inflation and favorable risks of price increases make up the average influx of foreign investments into the American economy. China's success in attracting direct foreign entrepreneurial investments is generally associated with the creation of a favorable investment climate in a large territory of the country, that is, a set of material and institutional conditions that provide investors with the opportunity to reduce production costs to a level below the world average. The components of such an investment climate are the low cost of labor, the granting of the right to relatively cheap use of land, an acceptable level of development of production and social infrastructure in areas of preferential investment, an economically balanced tax system, a preferential migration and customs regime, favorable customs and currency legislation. The UK is a significant recipient of foreign investment coming into Europe from both the West and the East. This is facilitated by such factors as effective structural adjustment and improvement of the domestic economic situation in the country, the desire of foreign firms to occupy new markets for their goods, a high rate of return due to relatively low labor costs. Attracting foreign investment in the French economy is facilitated by: an increase in the gross profit of firms that manage, tax and credit benefits, a low level of interest rate on loans, etc. The French government has a strict policy of regulating foreign investment in relation to non-EU states. In this country, there is an effective system of encouraging both own and foreign investments aimed at the development of priority and leading industries. Based on the analysis of international experience, it can be argued that the leading reason for the successful attraction of foreign direct investment by the country is a balanced investment policy aimed at creat-ing positive conditions for the development of the investment process, which can be expressed in many ration-alization decisions and orders of the authorities. It is impossible to achieve significant success in the process of implementing investment policy without a thorough analysis and unconditional consideration of the existing values of the state, business and society as the basic agents of investment policy of each country in the world.","PeriodicalId":405760,"journal":{"name":"The Bloomsbury Handbook of 21st-Century Feminist Theory","volume":"174 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126589465","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
