Using the Ishikawa diagram, problems were identified in estimation the quality of electronic educational resources. Criteria and procedure for estimation the quality of electronic educational resources were proposed, modeling of the process of estimation the quality of electronic educational resources was carried out. The requirements for conducting an expert estimation of the quality of electronic educational resources, for a user estimation of the quality of electronic educational resources have been determined. Project-based learning is used for developing the following professional skills of engineering students: identifying the challenges and deep understanding the problem, considering the entire project and choosing appropriate ways for tackling it, performing numerical simulation and laboratory mockups of the constructions. The learning strategy is exemplified by research and development of polymer membrane roofs. The membrane roofs are sensitive to proper design and implementation. The process of designing the membrane must be taken in its entirety. It can not be considered as a set of independent activities. Two types of the membrane roofs are considered and analyzed. Detection of the intrinsic problems of the constructions is illustrated. Membrane edges and corners are numerically simulated. The ways for improving them are discussed. Such social institution as education witnesses especially drastic changes. New learning formats are emerging, including Online learning, E-learning, Smart-learning, Smart Education and other distance learning forms. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the scientific and educational community updated a number of issues regarding the identification of works, assessing the level of comprehensibility of the discipline and the independence of completing individual tasks of distance learning students. The present research is intended to complement the range of relevant studies in this area as it is devoted to the methodology of Big Data Analytics and e-proctoring at higher education institutions. The results of this study will help to improve the understanding of the algorithm for the final certification of students. The subject of the study is weather stations (the main components of the network) and meteorological information produced by them. Any weather stations are complex techno-economic systems, which are conjoined by the need to supply them with the main resource for the meteorological information production and the need for its distribution. The authors developed a model of the meteorological information distribution between the regions with certain conditions based on the model of obtaining, distributing and transmitting meteorological information in a general form. Using the model, based on the initial data, it is possible to decide how to distribute the produced meteorological information between the regions so as to maximize the profit of weather stations. The described model includes a sub-task solution. Defining the digitalization of education as an objective consequence of the technical process, the authors draw attention to such negative consequences as the loss of basic cognitive competencies, a decrease in the overall level of training of both students in the system of school and vocational education. The consequence of digitalization is atomization both in the interpersonal interaction of students and in their communication with teachers. Digitalization is one of the mechanisms for the reproduction of social inequality in society, because is aimed at the standardization of thinking, the reproduction of “ready-made knowledge”, and not at the development of creative thinking. Formally equal diplomas do not eliminate differences in the level of training and competencies of specialists from elite and non-elite educational institutions. In the latter, students act as objects, and not as equal subjects of the educational process, and one of the reasons for this is the use of technologies without the human factor to control students’ knowledge, distance learning, minimizing contacts between teachers and students. The article presents scientifically-based proposals for the implementation by future teachers of two models of teaching students computer science. The first model involves the use of digital devices of students and the Internet and direct full or partial interaction with the teacher. The second model is based on the predominant independent work of students. For each model, examples of the presentation of educational content using modern technologies, cloud services, and other communication tools are defined. On the basis of the Department of Computer Science and Methods of Teaching Computer Science of BSPU, the testing of these models was carried out for the implementation of methodological training of future teachers of computer science.
