Categories of innovation are proposed in the archives and those categories are analysed as implemented in different archives of the European Union. This text analyses, specifically, the evolution and the transformation of the audiovisual materials created by the companies of what was Valencian Broadcasting Group, as well as the reasons by which BIC is requested. It is true that protect laws exist, although not always these laws are fulfilled, and given the rapidity of the deterioration of these supports, it is necessary to follow recommending its transformation to present and future digital supports. Abstract The audiovisual documents are important for the study of the XX and XXI centuries. Television Archives contribute to form our collective memory and they are part of the audio-visual heritage of human kind. Por tal motivo, es conveniente reflexionar sobre la deshonestidad de los estudiantes, profesores e investigadores en  relacion con sus estudios y con la practica docente y de investigacion. En los estudiantes podemos senalar: presentar trabajos por otro estudiante, comprar trabajos o calificaciones, plagiar o copiar.... Los profesores e investigadores son deshonestos cuando ejercen la docencia sin estar preparados para ello, trabajan bajo la influencia de alguna droga, venden  libros y otros objetos a los estudiantes,  aceptan  obsequios,  acosan sexualmente a los alumnos, falsifican e inventan datos,  cometen errores comprobables en sus investigaciones, son parciales, faltan el respeto a los participantes y sujetos de estudio, colegas y a la institucion, excluyen a un autor, plagian o incluyen en la autoria a quien no participo en la investigacion. Por lo anterior, es necesaria la revision y adopcion de una moral que nos diga que hacer, la cual quedaria plasmada en codigos deontologicos. Todo ello afecta de manera especial a documentalistas y bibliotecarios en la medida en que ellos son los garantes y administradores del conocimiento. [ENGLISH] The lack of integrity in educational and research institutions is an issue that often neglects and failures are , in many cases only anecdotal level . Therefore , it is appropriate to reflect on the dishonesty of students , teachers and researchers in relation to their studies and the teaching and research practice. For students we note : submit papers by another student , work or buy ratings , plagiarize or copy .... Teachers and researchers are dishonest when engaged in teaching without being prepared for it, working under the influence of drugs, sell books and other students , online gifts, sexually harass students , falsify and invent data , verifiable commit errors in their research , are partial , they disrespect the participants and study subjects , colleagues and the institution , exclude an author, plagiarize or included in the authorship who did not participate in the investigation. Therefore, the review and adoption of a moral to tell us what to do , which would be reflected in codes of conduct is necessary. El ICA encargo a este grupo el desarrollo de un modelo conceptual para la descripcion archivistica que conciliara e integrara las cuatro normas descriptivas existentes en el ICA. El EGAD aprovechara los mas de veinte anos de desarrollo de normas del ICA, nacionales o de modelos de trabajo basados en proyectos de la comunidad archivistica, y el trabajo de modelos de comunidades profesionales afines. Este trabajo tendra como objetivo principal el desarrollo de un modelo conceptual que refleje un consenso profesional internacional y de las posiciones de la comunidad archivistica, para aprovechar al maximo las oportunidades que ofrecen las actuales y emergentes tecnologias de comunicacion, incluyendo las oportunidades para trabajar conjuntamente dentro y fuera de la comunidad archivistica en una busqueda compartida para proporcionar mayor acceso y comprension de los documentos humanos. [ENGLISH] The International Council on Archives (ICA) appointed the Experts Group on Archival Description (EGAD) in late 2012. ICA charged this group with developing a conceptual model for archival description that will reconcile and integrate the four existing ICA descriptive standards. The EGAD will build on more than twenty years of ICA standards development, national or project-based modeling work in the archival community, and the modeling work of allied professional communities. En primer lugar, las centradas en el area de revistas editadas en la UV, los proyectos sobre digitalizacion de tesis retrospectivas y publicacion de tesis corrientes, y finalmente la integracion del sistema CRIS con el repositorio.
