Whether it's a trade industry or a service. Profit earned activities are carried out by sales activities, transactions made in cash will result in cash receipts. A credit sale will increase receivables. This makes the company's assets increase and can support the development of the company. This research method uses primary data and secondary data, where the object of this study is the original Java herbal medicine UMKM. Using the quantitative method of deskriftive and the sign test method. Based on the results of the interview conclusion with the conclusion of the theory can be known that the application of the internal control system of trade receivables in the original Java herbal medicine MSMEs is still very simple, because the medium to upper business is still small, so there are still many systems that have not been implemented. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the performance of the gas turbine to ensure that it is performing optimally and that the gas turbine is operating within the design limits. The objective of this research is to apply a method for gas turbine performance monitoring that includes thermodynamic performance and rotordinamic parameters. The thermodynamic performance of a gas turbine is calculated using the ideal thermodynamic cycle approach for gas turbines, Brayton cycle; while, the rotordynamic parameters are monitored through the vibration, rotor axial position, and bearing temperature of the gas turbine. This gas turbine thermodynamic performance monitoring method is applied using Microsoft® Excel® software for gas turbine MS7001EA. The data needed to calculate thermodynamic performance and to monitor rotordynamic parameters are obtained through the P2® Explorer software which is connected online to the instrumentation that installed on the gas turbine. Competition among creative culinary businesses is currently getting more fierce, so it is important for the business to understand the variables that affect customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. This research was conducted to see the influence of several variables that are perceived affecting repurchase intention that mediated by customer satisfaction in a creative culinary tourism business. In particular, the model in this study was developed to test the effect of product quality, service quality, price, and servicescape on customer satisfaction that consequently influence repurchase intention. Multiple regression analysis were applied to analyse the answer of 107 respondents selected using purposive sampling method. The research results were obtained and showed the significant influence of product quality, service quality and servicescape on customer satisfaction. Whereas the price did not show a significant effect. In turn customer satisfaction significantly influence customer repurchase intention. It has an important role in every aspect of the development. Moreover, a development that have direct touch and effect to the citizen. The government of Indonesia has enforced the Decree No. 6 of 2014 on The Village. It stated that village has the autonomy to run and manage their own household. One of the consequences is that the chief of the village and his/her officials have to have excellent working performance. The purpose of this research is to know the Sigaluh Sub-District officials’ working performance on the development of Sibela Application. Sibela is the abbreviation of Sigaluh Belajar. It is an application to help the Sigaluh Sub-District officials to learn. The data collection used is observation, interview and literature study. Observation was done to the 127 Sigaluh Sub-District officials. The data sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, while the research method is qualitative method. Sibela was made by using open source Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (Moodle). It is commonly used by education institution as an application for long distance learning. It can be use and develop as needed. It is also an open source application under GNU license.
