For information to the community that there will be a train passing, it must be equipped with a bazzer and other indicator lights. One of the parameters that influences the determination of bacpropagation architecture is the rate of learning, where if the value of the learning rate is too high then the network architecture becomes unstable otherwise if the value of the learning rate is too low the network architecture converges and takes a long time in training network architecture. This research data is secondary data sourced from UCI Data Mechine Learning. The best network architecture in this study is 13-10-3, with different learning rates ranging from 0.01, 0.03, 0.06, 0.01, 0.13, 0.16, 0.2, 0.23, 0.026, 0.3, 0.35, 0.4, 0.45, 0.5, 0.55, 0.6, 0.65, 0.7, 0.75, 0.8, 0.9. From the 21 different learning rate values in the 13-10-3 network architecture, it is found that the level of learning rate is very important to get the right and fast network architecture. Data collection methods used are literature study, field studies. The system development method used is the waterfall method. Informatic System of Alumnus Record Tracer Study Based Website of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda is a computer-based system that was built with the aim of processing the alumnus search to find out the description of the profile, performance, and distribution of work location of the alumnus. The settlement method used in this study is Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE). The data collection techniques were carried out randomly by conducting observations, interviews and questionnaires to 250 respondents (gamers) and 10 computer shops in the district of Simalungun. In this study, using five alternatives, among others: Asus ROG G703 (A1), Razer Blade Pro (A2) MSI GT75VR Titan-083 (A3), Acer Predator Triton 700 (A4), Alienware 17 (A5) and five assessment criteria, among others: Price (C1), Processor Type (C2), RAM Capacity (C3), VGA Card Type (C4) and Hard Drive (C5). Mayer Indah Indonesia is engaged in the production of goods, where the most important part to prepare the needs for production needs is the purchasing department, but in the purchasing section it is difficult to determine which items must be bought a lot, are and few in meeting the demand requirements of each part because of the needs goods for production are very unpredictable, eventually causing some goods demand not to be fulfilled because the goods are out of stock. To solve the problems experienced by the purchasing part, datamining using clustering algorithm is k-means method, where the initial stages determine the centroid randomly and do the first iteration calculation and determine the new centroid from the first iteration, then the second iteration calculation is done, because the results of the first and second iterations in the smallest layout of the three groups, the calculation stops. In this study the method used is the waterfall so that it can understand the overall problem and produce applications that suit the needs of users. Counterfeiting is an act of modifying documents, products, images or videos, among other media. Forensic video is one of the scientific methods in research that aims to obtain evidence and facts in determining the authenticity of a video. This makes the basis of research to detect video falsification. This study uses analysis with 2 forensic tools, forevid and VideoCleaner.
