The information was collected through the survey technique and physical tests in a sample that consisted of a total of 337 students, 60.2% from the morning shift and 39.8% from the night shift. The data was processed using SPSS v. 24. The results indicated a positive and significant correlation between physical tests and healthy eating habits (p < .05); in the same way, a higher frequency of consumption was obtained in snacks, fried foods, etc. (p < .05) in the night shift students, unlike the morning shift students who more frequently consume fruits, vegetables, homemade food, among others (p < .05). Regarding physical condition, there was an indirect and significant correlation with eating habits (p < .05). It is concluded that the management carried out to improve physical tests in students will be reflected in better eating habits; likewise, it is recommended to provide the corresponding importance in terms of the study variables.","PeriodicalId":402493,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Human Sport and Exercise - 2021 - Winter Conferences of Sports Science","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127906411","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The primary purpose of this study was, therefore, to check whether a reduced training session such as 40-minute circuit training was able to optimize VO2max levels, to identify factors that improve adherence to physical exercise. A sample of 30 subjects with an average age of 50 years (with type 2 diabetes mellitus) has been recruited in random mode. Subjects did a circuit training workout for eight weeks with a frequency of 3 weekly sessions of 40 minutes each for a total of 120 minutes per week. The 6-minute walking test was administered in and out. The T-test for dependent samples was used to detect the difference between the two groups (p < .05). The circuit training program has led to an increase in the level of cardiorespiratory form. The average VO2max increased significantly (p < .05) compared to the basic values, with an increase of +6.08%. The circuit training carried out for 8 weeks, lasting 40 minutes with intensity between 50 and 75% of the VO2max, is able to achieve appreciable improvements on cardiorespiratory fitness.","PeriodicalId":402493,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Human Sport and Exercise - 2021 - Winter Conferences of Sports Science","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132652036","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The retrieval of scientific literature took place through the use of specialized web research on: PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus, PMCfreearticle, CrossRef by PRISMA method. Motor learning is the stabilized execution of a given movement, executive technique, or gesture. It means that in the face of a number of repetitions most are performed correctly. Cognitive approach places the person at the centre of the teaching / learning process, neglecting the inferences that the surrounding environment produces. Ecological-dynamic approach, which considers motor coordination as an organization emerging from the peripheral constraints of the system rather than from central control structures, is defined as ecological, since it does not consider the aspects of motor coordination within the individual but, more generally, the complex interaction between the individual and the environment and the circular relationship between perception and action. The characteristics and paradigms of two approaches highlight two opposite ways to motor learning with an unsolved problem on which one is correct to use in physical education and sports performance.","PeriodicalId":402493,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Human Sport and Exercise - 2021 - Winter Conferences of Sports Science","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125405120","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Teachers had to make substantial changes to their teaching/learning design and, to deal with this issue, the permanent training activities in service are fundamental. Physical education is one of the teaching subjects that most needs to be adapted in design and outdoor movement education seems to be a good practice to be developed to offer new ideas for teaching/learning planning. The aim is to detect the opinions of primary school teachers in order to offer effective contents of the permanent training about physical education during pandemic and to promote teaching methods of physical education in primary school moreover on outdoor education. The results show how active are teachers, where they practice, how the pandemic and the smart configuration of life affected their lifestyles, what are their perceptions and perspectives about outdoor physical education and its importance for the achievement of children movement development goal. The collected data revealed an high recognition of the contribution that physical education offers to the achievement of skills development goals but at the same time emerge specific training needs in teaching methods of physical education.","PeriodicalId":402493,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Human Sport and Exercise - 2021 - Winter Conferences of Sports Science","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126672068","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article is aimed at studying the propensity for victim behavior among University students in Russia and Bulgaria and developing recommendations to shape the information security of students on the Internet in order to help reduce victim behavior. The methods of the research are: theoretical (study and analysis of psychological, pedagogical, and methodological literature on the research problem; analysis, synthesis, and generalization of empirical data; causal analysis of pedagogical experience data); empirical (questionnaire, testing, survey); methods of qualitative interpretation and data processing. The authors outlined three stages of creating a safe educational environment to prevent and correct victim behavior of students on the Internet organizational, practical, and generalizing. The results of the research show that serious, systematic, substantial preventive and corrective work is needed to reduce student victimization, cyber addiction, and the formation of information security for students on the Internet. Teaching students to carefully perceive and critically evaluate information is one of the possible ways to create safe behavior on the Web, since ignorance of the rules of work and communication leads to rash, risky, frivolous actions on the Internet. The outlined in the research three stages of creating a safe educational environment can be used by university teachers, educational psychologists, psychologists of the rehabilitation centers and psychological and pedagogical assistance centers for prevention and correction victim behavior of students on the Internet. The data obtained and their analysis help identify students with an increased victimization background and predict their personal development, organization of prevention processes and correction of victim student behavior in the Internet. The results can be useful when developing programs for safe use of content and online sites by adolescents and youth.","PeriodicalId":402493,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Human Sport and Exercise - 2021 - Winter Conferences of Sports Science","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123700056","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aim of the study was to develop a program for monitoring students' walking and running according to the system \" 10,000 steps a day \" during the spread of COVID-19 and to prove its effectiveness through improving body mass index and improving physical health. Study participants: students regardless of gender (n = 114). Interventions: The pedagogical research was carried out for 4 months. During the experiment, the students of the experimental group (n = 71) carried out self-monitoring of aerobic physical activity, consisting of walking and running, using the author's program according to the principle of \" 10,000 steps per day \" in daily, weekly and monthly cycles. The study used diagnostics of general physical health, the level of functional readiness to perform loads and body mass index. Main outcome measures. The effectiveness of the implementation of the author's program for monitoring aerobic physical activity of students is statistically significant at p < .01 and p < .05. The implementation of the author's model of independent walking and running is effective only under the condition of systematic fulfilment of aerobic physical loads. Findings. The obtained research data showed that during the period of the spread of COVID-19, an active lifestyle of students, including daily walking and running, is possible and effective for physical health and the prevention of overweight.","PeriodicalId":402493,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Human Sport and Exercise - 2021 - Winter Conferences of Sports Science","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130824998","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many fats regions tend to resist weight loss compared to others that have a greater vascularization; scientific evidence shows that blood flow in adipose areas is not high enough to allow the release of all fatty acids into the circulation. The objective of this essay is to prove how an adequate pre-workout muscle vascularization can have positive effects on the reduction of adipose tissue in less vascularized areas both in terms of time and effectiveness. Ten subjects will be examined divided into two groups (control group and experimental group) for the duration of twelve weeks, the experimental group will perform a pre-vascularization of the muscle district closest to the area of the adipose tissue taken under consideration, the control group instead, will skip this pre-vascularization phase. The progress of the two groups will be monitored until the end of the period under examination through anthropometric and plicometric tests. The expected results should confirm that adequate vascularization before training of the experimental group led to a greater and anticipated reduction of localized adipose tissue compared to the subjects of the control group who did not perform this method.","PeriodicalId":402493,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Human Sport and Exercise - 2021 - Winter Conferences of Sports Science","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124880248","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
