Methods as well as provide basic education about how construction works in order to obtain information and understanding about simple earthquake-resistant house construction work. Stage while improving work group skills. builders in constructing building structures that meet the requirements of earthquake-resistant simple houses. The method of implementing the activity begins with site observation and licensing, participant recruitment and training implementation. To measure the success of the training, a pre-test and post-test were conducted in each material session. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, it is known that participants gain an increase in understanding of up to 40% after the training and are expected to be a provision for craftsmen in carrying out their profession. In conclusions, that the training went well and provided an increase in the knowledge of construction workers in terms of building simple earthquake-resistant houses. Partners must to understand the material provided in order to be a skilled builders. The community service program is carried out through a mentoring method that will be held by the Faculty of Economics, Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai University, with the target of KSU members Munyai Mekhawan Labuhan Mandi. The contribution given is in the form of making herbal medicines for women's herbal processing business groups (Spices) in the form of packaging and labeling training activities. The results of these activities indicate that the implementation of the training received a positive response and high enthusiasm from the KSU Muway Mekhawan group because of the increased knowledge possessed by the business group, and has the potential to be developed and become additional household income. This makes the implementation team assist the strategies used by MSMEs and the effectiveness of these strategies. In this activity, the factors influencing MSMEs’ sustainability were product innovation, packaging, and marketing. The method used was education, training, and mentoring for the innovation of processed seafood using packaging according to its function and marketing. The result of RLPDP was MSMEs have implemented innovations in processed marine products with packaging accompanied by the length of use, labeling, business permits, and halal accompanied by slogans. Marketing of seafood products processing was carried out through the Surabaya UKM center, namely the Siola MSMEs Center, the SIB (Bulak Fish Center) MSMEs, Merr MSMEs, hotels, and participation in exhibition activities organized by the Surabaya City Government and East Java Province. Furthermore, to expand marketing reach, socialization has been carried out through social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and e-mail, as well as the marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Blibli. This service activity used a survey, educative, participatory, and persuasive methods. This community service activity consists of several stages, namely: 1) counseling on white snapper cultivation techniques carried out in a modular manner starting from nursery to harvest 2) counseling on business analysis of white snapper, and 3) training on pond water quality measurement methods. The level of success and satisfaction of service participants was carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the analysis of the level of satisfaction and success, 80-90% of pond farmers are satisfied with this service activity. This service activity provides positive knowledge and motivation for pond farmers. Community Service in the Holistic Village Development and Guidance Program (PHP2D) was carried out in Dham Pulo Village (Gampong), Want Jaya District, Aceh Besar District, from August to December 2021. The general stages of this activity consist of 4 (four) stages main activities, namely: socialization and training on maggot organic feed technology, independent bioconversion-based organic feed manufacturing practices, training on digitalization of marketing fishery products, websites and social media and evaluation in the form of workshops or FGDs involving all stakeholders such as the village government, fisheries service and private agencies. . The results obtained from this activity are the information obtained regarding the technology of maggot cultivation independently as a substitute for catfish feed. In the field of food technology, counseling included how to process potatoes into flour, chips, and sticks. Counseling in the field of economics focused on the importance of entrepreneurship supported by e-commerce in marketing processed potatoes. Health education in the form of video screenings and distribution of posters about the dangers of open defecation (BABS). The results of the activity obtained information that the community’s understanding of how to wash hands properly was good, but needed guidance on healthy toilet standards. Extension activities in the health sector had a positive impact in increasing knowledge about the correct way to defecate. Technically, this P2EMD service was introduced to the poor as many as 7 beneficiaries who needed help and were right on a target located in Kajhu Village, Baitussalam Sub-District, Aceh Besar District. The approach methods used during the realization period were the provision of knowledge on the use of business capital, economic empowerment in the livestock sector, assistance and development of livestock business, and evaluation/response of beneficiaries. The results of this service showed a good and positive response from the beneficiaries. In addition, the beneficiaries understood very well the importance of the sustainability of the P2EMD program in the future. The approach method offered in this Product-Based Community Service activity is counseling and training on the manufacture of pumpkin flour and glutinous rice using a UV innovation greenhouse effect dryer. The results achieved in this service are the capacity of the drying house ±30 kg with an average drying temperature of 55 °C. The community has the skills and practice of processing and drying timphan flour in the form of pumpkin flour and glutinous rice flour.
