Установлены случаи резистентности у мятликовых в современных условиях выращивания риса. Проведены ежегодные обследования рисосеющих хозяйств Приморского края, в которых продолжительное время применялся гербицид Цитадель (д.в. пеноксулам, 25 г/л). Представлены результаты исследований 2014–2018 гг. на опытной базе Дальневосточного научно-исследовательского института защиты растений в условиях вегетационного домика. Доказано, что устойчивость ежовников к препарату Цитадель является перекрестной и развивается у биотипов с ранее выработанной резистентностью к гербициду Фацет. Выявлены основные причины появления резистентности: размножение устойчивых популяций; нарушение технологий применения препаратов; увеличение кратности обработок. Сложившаяся ситуация свидетельствует о том, что доминирование в агроценозах резистентных биотипов сорняков исключает возможность оптимизировать фитосанитарную обстановку с помощью только химического метода. Необходима многовариантная тактика контроля.\u0000 The article substantiates the relevance of studying the emergence of resistance in weeds to herbicides as one of the most important reasons for a possible decrease in the effectiveness of drugs. Cases of resistance in bluegrass in modern conditions of rice cultivation have been established. Carried out annual surveys of rice-growing farms in Primorsky Krai, which had been using herbicide Citadel (D. V. penoxsulam, 25 g/l) for a long time. The results of studies of 2014–2018 on the basis of experimental base of the Far East Research Institute of Plant Protection in the conditions of the greenhouse are provided. It is proved that the resistance of the barnyard grass to the Citadel drug is a cross and develops in biotypes with previously developed resistance to the Facet herbicide. The main reasons for the emergence of resistance are identified: the reproduction of stable populations; violation of drug application technologies; increase in the frequency of treatment. The current situation shows that the dominance of resistant biotypes of weeds in agrocenoses precludes the possibility of optimizing the phytosanitary situation using only a chemical method. Отобран элитный материал с высокой степенью адаптации к условиям региона, который впоследствии будет использован в качестве источников и доноров хозяйственно ценных признаков с целью создания сортов с улучшенными экономически значимыми свойствами (урожайность, качество продукции), комплексной устойчивостью к абиотическим и биотическим факторам Хабаровского края.\u0000 The results of the researches of potato genetic material of different origin with improved economically significant properties with the aim of further use of the most perspective forms for creation the sorts maximally adapted to the monsoon climate of Priamyrye are presented in this article. The elite material with high degree of adaptation to the region conditions is selected. Исследования проводились на мысе Островной и сопредельной территории япономорского побережья, прилегающей к пос. Заповедный Лазовского района Приморского края.\u0000Установлено, что в буроземах гари по сравнению с почвами сопредельных участков под дубовым лесом и разнотравно-кустарниковыми группировками наблюдается увеличение содержания рассматриваемых тяжелых металлов, что, вероятно, связано с их дополнительным поступлением с золой. Показано, что для буроземов гари характерны более высокие коэффициенты концентрации (Кс) свинца, цинка, кадмия, меди и марганца по сравнению с буроземами под лесом и разнотравно-кустарниковыми группировками. Отмечены различия в поведении элементов: свинец, кадмий, кобальт закрепляются преимущественно в аккумулятивно-гумусовых горизонтах, тогда как никель, цинк, медь, хром и марганец мигрируют вниз по профилю в иллювиально-гумусовые горизонты.\u0000Подсчет суммарного показателя загрязнения Саета показал, что в буроземах гари фиксируется допустимый (низкий) уровень загрязнения в поверхностном аккумулятивно-гумусовом горизонте и умеренно опасный – в иллювиальной части профиля. Однако применение поправочного коэффициента на токсичность элемента (Кт) при подсчете суммарного показателя загрязнения увеличивает Кс элементов, относящихся к 1 классу опасности – свинца, цинка и кадмия. Поэтому, несмотря на допустимый (низкий) и умеренно опасный уровни загрязнения, в данном случае следует обращать особое внимание на класс опасности загрязнителей.\u0000 The research focuses on the impact of pyrogenic factor on heavy metal content (lead, zinc, cadmium, nickel, copper, cobalt, chromium and manganese) and its profile distribution in burozems under different types of vegetation in the Ostrovnoy Cape (the Sea of Japan) and the bordering territory, close to Zapovedny settlement of Lazovsky Disrict (Primorsky Krai).\u0000The results show that burozems of the burnt forest areas if compared to burozems of adjacent oak forests and grass-shrub communities demonstrate increased heavy metal levels, most likely due to heavy metal introduction with burnt down plant remains. Burozems of the burnt forest areas have higher concentration coefficients (Сс) of lead, zinc, cadmium, copper, and manganese than burozems of the forests and grass-shrub communities unexposed to fires.
