This research found that at the Faculty of Economics, the University of Kadiri, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the number of respondents was one hundred students. Second, analyze the effect of job stress, work environment on the motivation. Third, to analyze the effect of job stress and work environment on the performance of tax auditors after being mediated by motivation. Motivation is expected to have an influence on the performance of tax auditors. The population of this research are 166 tax auditors in the Riau General Directorate Regional Office environment as many as 153 people and the sampling method is saturated samples. Data processed is primary data obtained by processing questionnaire data and were analyzed with the help of the Smart PLS Version 3.2.8 program. The results of the study prove that job stress does not affect the performance of the tax auditors. Work environment and motivation positively and significantly affect the performance of tax auditors. Job stress and work environment significantly affect the motivation. So that it can cause the company's operational activities to be disrupted and bankrupt. This study examines the effect of exchange rate sensitivity, interest rate sensitivity, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership on financial distress. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. From this population, this research used 62 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period as samples. This research uses a logistic regression analysis method. The results showed that the variable of exchange rate sensitivity has a significant negative effect on financial distress. Interest rate sensitivity has a significant positive impact on financial distress, managerial ownership has no significant positive effect on financial distress, and institutional ownership has no significant positive effect on financial distress. The results of this study indicated that diversification has no significant significant effect on firm value. Funding decisions have a significant effect on the value of the company. The company's performance significantly influences the value of the company. The funding decision has a significant influence on the company's value through indirect. Diversification has a significant influence on the company's value through indirect. GCG has no significant effect in moderating the influence of funding decisions on firm value. Data were collected by using questionnaires that given to 120 patients of Prof. Dr. Tabrani Hospital in Pekanbaru that used purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and the research hypotheses by using relevant statistical tests. Variables used are brand image and service quality as independent variable, patient decision as dependent variable and word of mouth as mediation variable. Analyzer used is path analysis by using program of SPSS 21 for windows. The results of this study are found that brand image and service quality have a direct influence significantly and positive on word of mouth, brand image and service quality have a direct influence significantly and positive on patient decision. Indirectly, word of mouth has a positive mediation role on the influence of brand image on patient decision and word of mouth has a positive mediation role on the influence of service quality on patient decision. Corporate action is an action taken by a company that has a direct impact on share ownership of shareholders. This study aims to examine the market reaction to the announcement of stock split and see if there is a difference in abnormal returns before and after the announcement of the stock split. The population in this study are companies that are listed in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index and conducted a stock split in 2019. This study used 8 companies that met the criteria as samples. This study used the analysis method of paired-sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed ranks test, using SPSS software to process data. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference in abnormal returns before and after stock split in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index in 2019. Stock market is one of the factors that can influence economic condition in a country. This research examine the phenomenon of herding behavior in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore from 2016 to 2019. This research used secondary data, stocks return and market return, and transformed it into Cross Sectional Absolute Deviation (CSAD) to test the dispersion level of stock return to find herding behavior indication using quantile regression. This research also comparing herding behavior between Indonesia and other two countries using independent sample t test. Result showed that in all countries there were no indication of herding behavior in all kind of market condition.
