Every citizen but mostly poor, old, weak and helpless citizen of a nation is in need of social security. In order to maintain minimum living standard, government provides social security to its citizens. In Nepal, the number of social security allowance beneficiaries has been increasing each year. Mostly in rural areas, direct cash distribution to beneficiaries is a common practice by local government through manual process. In urban areas where there is access of banks, social cash transfer has been carried out through banking channel through manual process. Because of manual process, some are benefitted twice and needy citizens are missing from the programme. The manual process is really time consuming, irritating, problems at time of payment and extracting report is difficult. Therefore, digitization of beneficiaries list and process of social security cash transfer needs to be automatic. The main motive of financial institutions is to increase maximum profit that's why they have been providing banking facilities at core market area and hesitate to reach to rural areas. Branchless banking is a new innovative idea to reach to poor and unbanked people of rural areas. The research aims to design system architecture for social security cash transfer through branchless banking.","PeriodicalId":400178,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Green Computing and Internet of Things (ICGCIoT)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117158939","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The performance of processor solely depends upon how efficient the parallel programming has been implemented in the system. In this paper parallel programming application is developed for those environments which rely on multi-user, multi-tasking and multicore features to avoid congestion. A framework for Client-Server system is proposed to coordinate the partitioned scheduling of tasks on a multicore platform of a server to share the resources among users with improved operating efficiency and lesser overheads. For testing the performance of the proposed framework with the default, a real world example of banking system, having single server and multiple users, is considered. The results obtained with partitioned scheduling is compared with the default and result shows proposed scheduling gained the 2x speedup over default scheduling.","PeriodicalId":400178,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Green Computing and Internet of Things (ICGCIoT)","volume":"224 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121122967","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Expert plan to put together personalized and relational travel package recommendation system for the travelers. Thus, the existing packages are the items and the tourists are the users, and expert uses a actual-world tour data set provided by a travels for making advanced systems. To make actual-world application more sophisticated first expert expand a tourist-area-season-topic (TAST) model,which can useful to discover the interest of the tourist and excerpt the materialistic correlations among landscapes and shows exclusive quality of travel knowledge. Then on the basis of TAST model, cocktail approach is refined for personalized travel package recommendation, which can mingle many desirable necessity that exist in actual-world scenarios, by considering some ordinal components such as periodic behavior of tourist, demand of tour packages, cold start complication of new packages etc. After that, expert extends the TAST model to tourist-relation-area-season-topic (TRAST) model for gaining control relationship among travelers in each travel group. The result shows that TAST model can capture the quality of travel data and personalized approach is much more powerful than the traditional method and TRAST model has ability to capture the relationship among tourist hence, it can be used as an powerful estimation for tour gang arrangementAt the end expert implement the proof of ownership algorithm to provide security to the documents of the tourist by using Digital Self Attested concept.","PeriodicalId":400178,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Green Computing and Internet of Things (ICGCIoT)","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122684801","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The power management is a technical mechanism which is used in the network devices to prevent the interference between different wireless networks and reduce the used output power when other network is in the range. This reduction of the power increases the battery life for portable and embedded system; reduce cooling requirements, noise and the operating cost for energy and cooling. Nowadays the power control in different sectors is done manually which requires more human energy and time. This drawback can be avoided by the development and implementation of the smart centralized power control system to monitor all the electrical equipments of the entire building. The centralized system provides the wireless access to the electrical equipments of the building using the wireless sensor network for operating the equipment of the building and monitoring them from the remote location. The system makes the used of different wireless sensor for data transmission and the microcontroller as an embedded system to perform the required action for operating the particular equipment of the building. The development of the system leads to the establishment of low cost, flexible, easily accessible and a feasible system which would be beneficial to the consumer in terms of power consumption and time saving.","PeriodicalId":400178,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Green Computing and Internet of Things (ICGCIoT)","volume":"284 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122965463","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Entire Gabor kernel locality preserving Fisher discriminant analysis (EGKLPFDA) approach is proposed. Both Gabor magnitude and spatially enhanced phase congruency parts are separately used for feature extraction. These two vector feature space is projected into KLPFDA subspace method by preserving the kernel discriminant locality structure of data. Projected subspace is normalized by Z-score normalization. Both normalized scores are fused by maximum fusion rule. Final score obtained from train and test image sets are used to distance matching using Euclidean distance algorithm and support vector machine (SVM) classifier is implemented to classify the expressions. Performance analysis is carried out by comparing earlier approaches. Experimental results on JAFFE, Yale, and FD database demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.","PeriodicalId":400178,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Green Computing and Internet of Things (ICGCIoT)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128229164","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

LTE Attach procedure includes the following: mutual authentication of M2M device (UE) and network, computation of various security keys and session establishment. These procedures incur high processing overhead at LTE M2M devices and also create high control plane overhead across the LTE air-interface. As some LTE M2M devices may only send data sporadically, they move to sleep (or idle) state to conserve power. As an M2M device transitions from active to sleep state (or vice versa), additional LTE protocol messages are exchanged for re-authentication and other purposes. We propose a solution that reduces protocol overhead across the LTE air-interface, reduces processing overhead at LTE M2M devices and allows the M2M devices to be in sleep mode for longer duration. This potentially helps to reduce energy consumption at LTE M2M devices. We propose a new (logical) entity in the network that partially simulates state (or context) of the UE for the Attach procedure. This new entity is controlled by the network (operator). UE starts Attach procedure in the usual way. We intercept some of the messages of the Attach procedure at LTE eNodeB and do part of the Attach processing using this new network entity, MME, LTE eNodeB and Authentication Centre. UE and network nodes are mutually authenticated after that. We also compare protocol overhead with the existing protocol and show benefits of this scheme.","PeriodicalId":400178,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Green Computing and Internet of Things (ICGCIoT)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126678544","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
