Women with disabilities have the same reproductive functions and organs as non-disabled women, and they also need access to contraceptives used to control the population. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the use of contraception in childbearing women with disabilities in the province of Bali. The research method used was a cross-sectional study with univariate and bivariate analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and snowball. The number of respondents was 160 women with criteria childbearing women with disabilities, either married or unmarried; and domiciled in the Province of Bali. The results of this study indicate that most of the respondents do not use contraception (70.6%). The age of childbearing women and education level had a significant effect on the use of contraceptives (p < 0.05), while the occupational had no significant effect (p = 0.749). Muhammadiyah has a vast network of schools throughout Indonesia. Hence, it can potentially develop children's health from an early age. Until now, no information system is available for integrated school-age children's health records in Muhammadiyah schools. This study aims to explore existing practices in managing children's health in Elementary Schools (ES) and Madrasah Ibtida'iyah (MI), owned by Muhammadiyah and to provide a basic overview of the needs for information systems that can be used to improve monitor and manage health. The study used an exploratory qualitative design by conducting focus group discussions on teachers and leaders/ managers of ES/MI Muhammadiyah in Central Java (n = 7) and Special Region of Yogyakarta (n = 8). Informants were selected by purposive sampling. The data were transcribed verbatim and thematic analyzed. The results showed that the implementation of child health management in the schools studied was varied. The obstacles faced include the high workload of teachers, suboptimal collaboration across sectors, the role of student guardians, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the FGD, four themes were obtained: 1) the urgency of managing school children's health; 2) sub-optimal management of school children's health; 3) the importance of decision-making support; 4) the need for school health information systems. It can cause obesity and changes in a metabolic profile that increase the risk of cardiovascular disease in the long term. Previous studies revealed that plant-based flexitarian diets are effective in lowering triglycerides and increasing HDL-C. The ratio of TG/HDL-C is more effective than a simple lipid test to detect atherogenic lipid abnormalities. This study aims to analyze the effect of a flexitarian diet on the ratio of TG/HDL-C. This study used experimental research with a pre-post group design. Sixteen obese female students aged 19-25 years were chosen by purposive sampling method. Each group consists of 8 subjects taken by consecutive sampling. The treatment group was given nutrition education and a flexitarian diet of 1,500 kcal, Monday to Friday, for four weeks, while the control group was given nutrition education. Food intake was obtained using 24-hour recall, three times/week, and physical activity using the Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). statistical analysis using independent t-test, Mann Whitney, and paired t-test. Results showed decreased triglycerides 8.1 mg/dL and HDL-C 2.4 mg/dL and increased TG/HDL-C ratio 0.01 in the treatment group after being given a flexitarian diet but not significantly different from before the intervention (p > 0.05). There was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group in the mean changes in TG, HDL-C, and TG/HDL-C ratio (p > 0.05). Risky sexual behavior and lack of knowledge will cause them to need more attention. This study aimed to analyze risky sexual behavior, permissive attitudes, and reproductive health knowledge of homeless youth in Semarang City. This study used a qualitative method with purposive sampling followed by snowball sampling. The research respondents were six homeless youth and three volunteers of the Children's Social Protection House as triangulation. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews and observation. The results showed that homeless youth have risky sexual behavior, permissive attitude, and low level of knowledge. The homeless youth have been sexually active since they were 14, have sex with multi-partner, and do not use contraception during intercourse and transactional sex. They think that premarital sex is normal behavior. They also have never received education related to reproductive health. They do not know the impact of sexual relations before marriage, such as pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.
