Robotics technology is currently being developed and implemented in various fields including military, search and rescue, education, transportation, sports, and many other fields. Various researches on robotics technology continue to be carried out by various universities in the world including in Indonesia. To increase the interest of the young generation in the field of robotics, an attractive educational kit especially for elementary school level is necessary. This work aims to develop a robotics education kit in the form of a unique and interesting mobile robot as a learning media for elementary school students. The robot was developed using an Arduino microcontroller and can be operated by elementary school students using an easy and user-friendly blocks programming. Each agent in SKF is treated as a Kalman filter. The SKF utilizes a Kalman filter process that includes prediction, measurement, and estimation to determine the global optimum. However, the SKF can only operate in the numerical search space. Numerous approaches and modifications have been used in the literature to enable numerical meta-heuristic algorithms to operate in a discrete search space. This paper presents modifications to measurement and estimation in the SKF by utilizing mutation and Hamming distance technique to accommodate the discrete search space. The modified algorithm is called Discrete Simulated Kalman Filter Optimizer (DSKFO). Additionally, the DSKFO algorithm incorporates the swap operator as an extension to improve the solution in solving the travelling salesman problem (TSP). Privacy and security have become the most pressing issues in the IoT network, especially in the smart home. Nevertheless, there are still many smart home devices that have not implemented security and privacy policies. This study proposes a remote sensor control system built on ESP32 to implement a smart home through the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport(MQTT) protocol by applying the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm with a 256-bit key. It addresses security issues in the smart home by encrypting messages sent from users to sensors. Besides ESP32, the system implementation also uses Raspberry Pi and smartphone with Android applications. The network was analyzed using Wireshark, and it showed that the message sent was encrypted. This implementation could prevent brute force attacks, with the result that it could guarantee the confidentiality of a message. The advantage of using polychromatic filter method in the SR measurement is that the beam intensity illuminating the device under test becomes much higher compared to the conventional monochromatic filter (MF) method. The PF method only requires a set of measured short-circuit currents, a set of irradiance spectra corresponding to the measured currents, a spectral response model, and a fitting algorithm for SR determination. The SR characteristic curve of a solar photovoltaic device is obtained by fitting the device measured current to the photocurrent formula. The contribution of the uncertainty of different input parameters to the SR determination can be quantified and understood by using the Monte Carlo method. In thyroid cancer cases, the development of an intelligent system offered valuable benefits since thyroid examination procedures highly depended on the medical personnel skills and experiences. However, the number of training data still became a challenge in the development of the intelligent system. In this study, we developed an intelligent classification method for thyroid cancer completed with a data balancing method. Our proposed solution aimed to maintain the model performance in a small dataset. Our proposed solution successfully increased the classification performance with an average increasing performance of more than 60%. While, the highest accuracy was 87.20%. Recent point cloud upsampling approaches attempt to generate a dense point set with a single upsampling stage. After revisiting the task, we propose a new upsampling module, which conducts multi-branch network strategy to refine the generated point set. In each branch, we upsample points by duplicating feature space and pass through MLPs and self-attention unit. Further, we incorporate an auxiliary network to encode global features from input point cloud, which preserves structure information in the first place, and aggregate global features with generated point features to enhance overall performance. Specifically, our proposed network assembles global features with generated point features using attention fusion that allows each point to acquire global information from weighted attention map. The $S$2$S$ products are based on the output of global climate models, and can be developed further through various statistical downscaling approaches. The training of the statistical models requires relatively high computational resources due to the large size and dimension of Global Climate Model (GCM) output data. This research analyzes the use of several dimensionality reduction techniques that can be used to reduce the dimension of the GCM output data. The compared techniques are one-dimensional Principal Component Analysis (1D-PCA), one-dimensional wavelet decomposition (1D-WD) and two-dimensional wavelet decomposition (2D-WD). Backpropagation algorithm is utilized to train the neural network model using the dimension-reduced GCM data. Simulation results revealed that the 2D-WD model has a relatively consistent performance compared to the other models and has the lowest training time among others. In most cases, the neural network needs a huge audio corpus and many speakers to perform well, especially for an acoustic model. One of the examples is the English speech recognition system which has shown accurate performance in many applications. However, the low resource dataset cannot boost performance while using the deep neural network to build an acoustic model. It remains challenging to investigate the usage of hyperparameters in the deep neural network to train the acoustic model. This paper explores proper hyperparameters for low-resource Indonesian audio datasets to gain acceptable performance using time-delay neural networks and convolutional neural networks. The dataset was collected from students using 56 short commands suitable for intelligence assistant applications. In our experiment, the time-delay neural networks can obtain 1.09 % WER.
