Yousfi","doi":"10.3166/phyto-2019-0182","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3166/phyto-2019-0182","url":null,"abstract":"L’activité antimicrobienne des huiles essentielles de galles de Pistacia atlantica récoltées dans trois régions (Aïn-Oussara, Laghouat et Kheneg) a été évaluée sur sept souches pathogènes (Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA+, Salmonella typhi et Candida albicans), en utilisant les méthodes de diffusion sur gélose, de microdilution et celle de microatmosphère (seulement pour Candida albicans). Les huiles essentielles ont révélé un effet antimicrobien remarquable contre les micro-organismes testés, avec des valeurs de CMI et de CMB variant de 0,13 à 7,99 μl/ml et de 0,25 à 7,99 μl/ml, respectivement. Une activité importante a été observée pour les échantillons de la station Kheneg contre l’espèce Candida albicans avec une zone d’inhibition de 68 mm (50 μl). Alaoui","doi":"10.3166/PHYTO-2019-0136","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3166/PHYTO-2019-0136","url":null,"abstract":"Asphodelus microcarpus (A.m.) est une plante largement utilisée en médecine traditionnelle marocaine pour ses propriétés médicinales qui restent variées et générales. Une extraction des principes actifs contenus dans les feuilles d’A.m. a été réalisée par macération à froid au méthanol. L’extrait obtenu a fait l’objet d’une étude in vitro de cytotoxicité qui a révélé un effet cytotoxique sur un modèle de cellules myéloïdes d’origine humaine (IC50 = 7,81 μg/ml). Par ailleurs, l’évaluation de l’extrait quant à son activité antioxydante par la méthode du réactif DPPH s’est révélée positive (IC50 = 310 μg/ml), et l’étude de sa toxicité aiguë in vivo sur un modèle animal (souris Swiss) lui confère une totale innocuité (DL50 > 5 000 mg/kg). Ces études ont été complétées par un criblage phytochimique afin de mettre en évidence les familles de métabolites secondaires majoritaires identifiées ici comme des anthracénosides, tannins et phénols ; les alcaloïdes sont peu présents.
