Measurements are made by testing the aspects of the variable construct of college quality of life or college life for students. This study identified several themes whose main purpose was to assess aspects of college life's dynamics to students in Jakarta. Data collection was done by using a convenience sampling technique. This type of sampling is non-probability sampling. This sampling technique is based on the availability of available participants. The selection of this sampling technique is based on considerations of the characteristics of the general population, the efficiency of time and energy in conducting research. The research was conducted on 213 students in Jakarta. Data collection was carried out in February 2020. The results showed that the college life quality of college students in Jakarta included six themes. Employers put forward different ideas to retain employees as to avoid turnover, which can cause both financial and moral loss to employers as well as employees. The actual employees’ turnover behavior is strongly predicted by turnover intention and one factor that affects it is work engagement. Many studies have consistently shown that the relationship between work engagement and turnover intention is significantly negative. However, there is an inconsistency pertaining to the strength of its association and there could be a moderating variable affecting the two variables. Therefore, the objective of this study is to test whether organizational justice plays its role as a moderator in the correlation of work engagement and turnover intention. This study used a cross-sectional and quantitative design. Data were analysed from 225 employees in Jakarta, Indonesia, in which they were required to complete a series of questionnaires to measure all three variables. Regression analysis confirms the role of organizational justice (together with its three dimensions) as a moderating variable (F= 23.26; p< 0.05). Thus, it encourages business owners to maintain or improve their business image to be known by the wider community through rebranding. Bakmi 3 Rasa is the first pork noodle in South Jakarta, offering unique products from family recipes. Unfortunately, Bakmi 3 Rasa has not had a proper visual identity yet. This research studied the visual identity design process of Bakmi 3 Rasa. The research was qualitative research. The object of research was the visual identity of Bakmi 3 rasa. This research was conducted in Jakarta from August to December 2020. The methodology used in this design was 5 steps of design by Robin Landa, that consist of Orientation, Analysis, Strategy, Design Concept and Design Implementation. The method of collecting data in this design was through interviews and literature study. The result of this design was in the form of a new visual identity and its application to the Graphic Standard Manual (GSM) book. Visual identity was conducted using a minimalist concept, unique and has a friendly element. Through this redesign, it is expected that Bakmi 3 Rasa will have a visual identity with distinctive features that can stick in the minds of consumers.
