Results: In the “Community House” setting, the Family Pediatrician can operate in aggregate forms - AFTs and UCCPs -, within multidisciplinary and multiprofessional teams, in an integrated network with social-health actors from other settings and community stakeholders. A strategic figure in health care delivery, the pediatrician realizes a comprehensive care of the pediatric patient, intercepting and responding to his or her needs, through health promotion, prevention, treatment, ehabilitation and palliation interventions aimed at the individual and the community. Conclusions: Family Pediatricians are candidates to represent the driving core of a synergistic process that, with systemic logic of taking charge, allows the pursuit of health objectives of a community, enhancing all its resources.","PeriodicalId":39791,"journal":{"name":"Quaderni ACP","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70773446","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For these reasons, the diagnosis of acute post infectious cerebellar ataxia, a benign and self-limiting form, which is the underlying cause in most cases of acute ataxia must always be a diagnosis of exclusion. The broad differential diagnosis also requires a correct approach that must consider the setting about the use of imaging techniques proportional to the urgency, in order to reduce the risk of unnecessary radio exposure. Starting from this, we have attempted to summarize the literature regarding the clinical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests necessary to arrive at a correct diagnosis.","PeriodicalId":39791,"journal":{"name":"Quaderni ACP","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70773889","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The syndrome that encompasses the consequences of trauma is PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), a disorder that arises in connection with a traumatic event of great impact that threatens one’s life or safety, such as war. Technologies and the development of neuroscience have allowed a more in-depth analysis of the consequences of war, which sees psychic trauma as an event capable of interfering with child development, even radically modifying the biology and psychology of adults and children. In the article, a brief review of the most recent studies in this field is presented, in order to highlight the need for early intervention to look especially after the small children.","PeriodicalId":39791,"journal":{"name":"Quaderni ACP","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70774389","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, plastic is poorly biodegradable and tends to persist over time in the environment. The ubiquitous diffusion of plastic has been shown in seas, soil, air, and at all food chain levels. Plastic degradation particles (microplastics) enter the human body and are documented in various organs and tissues to overcome the cell barrier. Although their effects on health are not yet clear, these microplastics can potentially affect health. Pediatricians can play an important role in reducing plastic use by recreating plastic-free environments in their clinics and outpatient offices and by promoting advice to families in order to improve their lifestyles and reduce their plastic consumption and its diffusion in the environment.","PeriodicalId":39791,"journal":{"name":"Quaderni ACP","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70774601","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It confirms the strong interactions of natural, social and climate systems and the negative impacts on both nature and people caused by human-induced climate change. The most vulnerable people and systems are disproportionately affected, and climate extremes have led to irreversible impacts. Emphasis is placed on the importance of limiting global warming to 1.5° C if the goal of a just, equitable, and sustainable world is to be realized, and the urgency of taking more ambitious action by highlighting that if we act now, we can still ensure a sustainable and livable future for all. There are feasible and effective adaptation options that can reduce risks to nature and people, and greater ambition is needed in both adaptation and mitigation measures. Climate-resilient development in all human activities is therefore important, and this requires urgent and conscious attention from both policy makers and the general public. In this journal we continue to summarize briefly the main articles published in the monitored journals, including those related to climate change. All articles and editorials deemed worthy of attention are listed divided by topic, with a brief commentary. This issue is based on the systematic monitoring of publications in January and February 2023.","PeriodicalId":39791,"journal":{"name":"Quaderni ACP","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135601066","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
