Through four case scenarios, students learn the need to recognize when there is a crisis situation, explore problems that often occur when issues are ignored, and take appropriate actions to remedy the situation. The setting for the (D) case is five months after the outbreak. There have been 20 reported deaths among colleagues, and 52% of Treading H2O's workforce is absent. A vaccine has been released in limited quantities. The provider of the corporate medical plan contacted Treading H2O's benefits coordinator and walked through the procedure for distributing allocated doses of the H2H vaccine. All employees and dependents were eligible to receive the vaccination. The company's allocation amounted to 1,000 vaccinations. The medical plan provider has asked how your H2O executives would like to select the recipients.","PeriodicalId":397033,"journal":{"name":"LRN: Case Studies (Topic)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125582851","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
