Because the neutron detector is rarely used as a position detector, obtaining position accuracy at the quadrant level in most cases is sufficient. Firstly the simulated data is created as a grid of particle track intersection points with neutron detector. Then the reconstruction program is tested on this data. The signal’s propagation time is estimated using the assumption of constant speed. The algorithm is then tested on experimental data. It is found that experimental events are reproduced reasonably after running the reconstruction program. The sources of possible deviations are discussed.","PeriodicalId":396752,"journal":{"name":"2022 ELEKTRO (ELEKTRO)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123860756","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The system is based on Arduino nodes used as the Internet of Things (IoT) modules and Raspberry PI as the central unit for data collection, evaluation, and storage. The task aims to provide audio event localization timestamps in addition to event class probabilities. We aim to explore the usage of class activation maps, known from image processing, in such sound event detection systems. We propose two systems. The first system is a convolutional neural network trained for sound event classification using only weakly labeled and unlabeled data. The strong labels are obtained using class activation mapping, which is a popular technique, especially in image processing. In the second proposed system, we modified the baseline system, provided by the DCASE organizers, in which we added the class activation mapping as a part of the attention mechanism. The experimental results show that the class activation maps enable improvement of the system performance in comparison with the baseline.","PeriodicalId":396752,"journal":{"name":"2022 ELEKTRO (ELEKTRO)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125944445","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Measurements were carried out using impedance spectroscopy method. Results of capacitance studies of the MXene-PCL nanocomposite are presented. At least 3 sharp minima are noticeable on the capacitance diagram. The depth of the minima indicate that in MXene-PCL nanocomposite parallel resonance occurs. For every minimum Arrhenius plot was prepared and for the first and third minimum activation energy was calculated ΔE=0.0048 eV (I minimum) ΔE=0.0375 eV (III minimum). Different activation energy for each minimum shows that at least three types of tunneling between nanoparticles occurs.","PeriodicalId":396752,"journal":{"name":"2022 ELEKTRO (ELEKTRO)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117299842","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is due to both the development of directions in instrument manufacture in electric engineering (microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), nanoelectromechanical system (NEMS), ultracapacitors, etc.), and invention and development of new materials (e.g, graphene). Creation of new methods and equipment for obtaining materials and testing their characteristics is also of great importance. The paper considers the development of methods and programs for teaching materials science in electric engineering using information technology (digital education). The role of online education in teaching materials science is considered. This paper deals with comparing of each driving mechanism of the spherical robot. The vast majority of spherical robots only have inertial sensors, which they use for movement, positioning, travel balancing, etc. Few spherical robots can interact with the environment. Those who can do this have sensors that can measure the properties of the environment or can influence the environment in some way. The article also deals with the possibility to use sensors like cameras, gas sensors, thermocouples, and LiDARs. Data from these sensors will be processed using artificial intelligence techniques to detect anomalies in the environments. Chosen sensors can expand a robot's sensing capabilities which are usually very narrow. The aim of the article is to design s special type of spherical robot. If we join all these components together we can create a reconnaissance spherical robot for rescue services special designated for tunnels or closed spaces.The prototype is a financially inexpensive robot, which is also suitable for the teaching process, as an element that collects data from the environment (sensors, video, etc.), which will be used for working with AI tools.","PeriodicalId":396752,"journal":{"name":"2022 ELEKTRO (ELEKTRO)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126995174","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The time dependence of polarization currents and DC conductivity was determined for measurement temperatures in the range of 20 - 70°C. Arrhenius plot was prepared for 6 temperatures from the whole range of measurement temperatures. Linear approximations of the experimental results were made on the Arrhenius plot. The activation energy of the DC conductivity and the values of the coefficient of determination R2 were determined. The values of the coefficient of determination close to unity testify to the high accuracy of the measurements and the stability of the temperature.
