Moreover, it is also a critical requirement for improving the quality of education and promoting the high-end development of education information. Building a unique learning environment with scene perception and the intelligent cognitive process is a tremendous challenge for diverse needs in junior scientific learning scenarios. Therefore, it is necessary to design advanced human-computer interaction scenarios and functions. This paper aims to tackle the critical scientific problem of this field for HME Tri-Coeducation, i.e., HME multimodal real-time scene perception and Tri-Co collaborative analysis via Multi-source data, fundamental theories, application method, and verification system, and to build HME Tri-Coeducation environment in “Perception-Analysis-Interaction” architecture. For the requirements of an education environment empowered by artificial intelligence, this paper will also study critical technologies of human-machine cooperative and education environment building driven by big data. Based on new methods of Event Recognition and Extraction, we obtained information of events and relationships from battle intelligence text using Wargaming data as the original corpus. The mapping between facts and concepts is also achieved by the method of Trigger Recognition. Then we propose a method of assignment of edge weights for the Event logical Graph, and construct the hierarchical structure. Finally, the visualization of knowledge was achieved using Visjs. The emergence of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology can effectively avoid this problem, which can continuously monitor the real-time status of the target equipment and reflect the health status of medical equipment to give early warning of anomalies. In this paper, we obtain real-time status data of CT equipment from the IoT in West China Hospital and novel multivariate time series classification models are used to predict equipment operating anomalies. After the data was collected, data were preprocessed. We constructed two models for multivariate time series classification and compared them with other state-of-the-art models. The cloud system, different from some traditional systems, provides Virtual Machines (VM) to users, and the users can run any application or program in the provided VM. However, this service manner brings a critical risk to the health of the cloud system. That is, the program or application from the user may be infected with viruses or malware. Therefore, the VM even and the host server may suffer from virus infection or malicious attacks. It is important to implement a Prognostic and Health Management (PHM) system for the cloud system. This paper presents a novel PHM system with an autonomic computing technique, which is an ongoing challenge. The proposed PHM system is capable of self-diagnosis, self-healing, and self-learning, which is very suitable for the cloud system with the representative and distinctive VM technique. Its low-complexity encoding and decoding algorithms draw large attention from researchers. A few reliability order-based high rate decoders have been proposed for polar codes' fast list decoding. Rate-1 node, single parity-check node, and its variations are considered. The corresponding decoder's error patterns of each node are provided with their reliability order. In this paper, we introduce these ordered error patterns to the software implementation, with low complexity. An algorithm architecture implementation of the proposed method is proposed. In view of the shortcomings of the technology, such as single use scenario, limited information and high construction cost, a visual automatic alignment system based on Mask-RCNN is proposed to accomplish the integration of perception and decision-making. The system based on ROS (Robot Operating System) is mainly composed of target detection and segmentation module, motion decision module and visual human- machine interaction interface. The target detection and segmentation module is mainly used to perceive the target, including its foreground segmentation module based on Mask-RCNN and the target orientation module based on traditional image algorithm; The motion decision module is mainly used to control the movement of the tire crane, including motion modeling module and logic control module; The visual human-computer interaction interface is mainly used to adjust system parameters and monitor system operation status, including the back-end used for providing data and the front-end used for data interaction. ETC has improved the traffic efficiency to a certain extent, but for the abnormal situation, it still needs to be solved manually on the spot, and a considerable number of cars do not use ETC, which fails to solve the problems of overstaffing, high labor intensity, low work efficiency, high expressway operation cost and poor service quality. Based on Internet of things, multi queue digital twin, edge decision technologies, our system has built an expressway operation mode of remote duty, which has got rid of the excessive dependence on staff in scenes such as cars getting on and off the lane and abnormal treatment.
