Postural stability is the result of cooperation between the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. The stability of standing posture ensures the spatial arrangement of the body, where the center of gravity falls within the center of the support base. FHT (Forward Head Posture) increases the extension in the occipito-cervical joint and upper cervical spine, deepening the flexion of the lower cervical segment, causing improper contraction of the suboccipital muscles. Disorders in the tone of the suboccipital muscles may affect the balance. \u0000Objective. The research hypothesis was made that a single 4-minute suboccipital muscle inhibition procedure influences the change in postural stability values with open and closed eyes in individuals with cranio vertebral angle (CVA) within the normal range and below.\u0000Materials and Methods. Healthy participants (10 women and 8 men) with an age of 22.7 ± 0.58. The participants took part in the study. They were classified into research groups based on the CVA angle assessment. Postural stability analysis used the Koordynacja stabilometric platform. Measurements were taken with open and closed eyes, before and immediately after suboccipital muscle inhibition.\u0000Results. The suboccipital muscle inhibition was observed to affect anterior-posterior (A-P) displacements in group A (CVA < 50) p-value = 0.0168, with no significant impact in group \u0000B (CVA ≥ 50), p-value = 0.3695.\u0000Conclusion. A single 4-minute suboccipital muscle inhibition procedure does not significantly influence postural stability parameters in the examined groups, except for A-P displacements with open eyes in the CVA < 50 group.

This research is a multicenter study between Indonesia and Malaysia, with the data presented here being specifically from the DI Yogyakarta region in Indonesia, involving an analytical observational study using a cross-sectional approach. The study included 71 research subjects. The instruments used to collect data were fitness behavior during the pandemic (exercise frequency and duration), anthropometric and oxygen saturation measurement after cycling during pandemic. Body composition was determined using the BMI formula, involving height and weight. Oxygen saturation during cycling was measured using the Pulse Oximeter FOX-1(N) by Elitech Technovision. The largest percentage of cycling is twice a week (42.25%), followed by three, one, fifth and fourth times a week. The majority of participants cycled for 120 minutes (35.21%), followed by durations of 180 minutes, 60 minutes, 30 minutes, and so on. Oxygen saturation data shows that most subjects have oxygen saturation of 98% (47.8% of respondents), none of them have 100%, but 97% saturation, 96% occupying the second and third distributions. From the primary data obtained in Indonesia, only oxygen saturation and cycling duration showed a highly significant relationship (p = 0.009), while other variables, such as BMI and cycling frequency, did not exhibit a significant correlation. It can be concluded that a significant relationship exists between exercise duration, specifically cycling, and oxygen saturation in Indonesian subjects.

The development of this measuring instrument is based on the need for an ideal basic futsal skills test in order to help carry out the study of the main elements of skills tests in U-23 futsal and determine the product construct for preparing the U-23 futsal test as well as carrying out and knowing the results of the implementation of the test U-23 futsal. This research designed a basic futsal skills test measuring tool for players aged 18-23 years with the aim of producing a form of basic futsal skills test through measuring control tests and dribbling tests. Objective. This research is to produce a construction tool for measuring basic futsal skills that has high validity and reliability in control tests and dribbling tests so that it can be used in the learning and training process for U-23 futsal sports. Method. The research design used is development research with procedures for planning product development to be developed and developing initial product types/models for futsal players aged 18-23 years in PORPROV Surakarta futsal players totaling 15 players and Karanganyar Regency totaling 15 players for trials on a small-scale group and 90 PORPROV Central Java futsal players for large-scale group trials consisting of 6 districts, namely Banyumas Regency, Klaten Regency, Kebumen Regency, Kendal Regency, and Kudus Regency. Next, validity, reliability, norms, and objectivity tests are carried out on the product skills test. Results. Validation and reliability tests for small-scale instruments consisting of basic control test skills obtained a value of 0.841 and control retest obtained a value of 0.971, while the reliability test was 0.943. The dribbling validity test for the test was obtained at 0.968 and the retest was 0.964 with a reliability of 0.893. The large-scale validity results for the basic control test skills were 0.973 and the control retest was 0.967 with a reliability of 0.935. The dribbling validity test for the test was obtained at 0.995 and for the retest at 0.995 with a reliability of 0.990, so it can be said that the measuring instrument is reliable or will still produce the same relative value even though it is carried out at different times. There is no difference between the small group and the large group in the basic skills norms for the U-23 futsal test control and dribbling test so that this measuring instrument can be said to be objective. Conclusion. From this research, a reliable measuring tool for futsal playing skills for players aged 18-23 years has been constructed.

The balance and gait assessment tests were performed twice. Test I included testing in neutral conditions, Test II included testing in conditions in which the subject was exposed to a traumatic event he or she had experienced in the past (so-called exposure to “experienced trauma”). Results. The obtained results of studies on the impact of exposure to experienced trauma on body balance while standing showed significant differences in body fluctuations in the most important parameters of stabilometric assessment. The obtained results of research on the impact of exposure to trauma on the subject’s gait showed no significant differences between the test in neutral conditions and the test during exposure. Conclusions. (1) Exposure to the trauma experienced by the subject significantly affects the body’s balance in a standing position. (2) The research showed no influence of exposure to the experienced trauma on the subject’s gait in the area of the time of contact of the feet with the ground and on the values of maximum and average pressure; The area of the plane where the feet are placed on the ground changes significantly before and after exposure to the trauma experienced by the subject.
