Many discussions about the relation between double articulation and minimal units. Christian Metz is the first among pioneers of film-linguistic. Research problem, Metz says that analyses of the articulation of a “code” like lighting has no equivalent of the double articulation of natural language. So it has no minimal units. That is one of the reasons why Metz considered cinema as a language system not as a language. The research aim: will find out if the lighting has a minimal units or not. By analyses of the articulation of codes in lighting. Research significance: finding out the minimal units in single codes such as lighting assures linguistic cinema. The research follows inferential, descriptive methodology.","PeriodicalId":395662,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of ‏The 8th International Conference on Modern Approach in Humanities","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122715046","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Leadership traits vary by cultural group and gender and the appraisal of leadership traits is subject to diverse fluctuations in society such as economics and technology. Leadership characteristics are also defined by what kind of leader is deemed appropriate for a specific time period, or for a type of authority — a political leader versus a business leader, for example. This study surveys three different cultural groups to consider what qualities, behaviors and values leaders are judged by and examines what are perceived to be the best methods of leadership in three different cultures.","PeriodicalId":395662,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of ‏The 8th International Conference on Modern Approach in Humanities","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127080395","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The evidence of their cultural influence can be seen even in Roger II embroidered coronation mantle’s Kufic manuscript that many researchers believe in it as a specific Islamic textile design aspect. Although, Islamic weaving and textile design have been considered as a continuation of Sassanid, the Persian pre-Islamic dynasty, textiles by many scholars. In this paper, the similarities and differences of Italian Medieval silk and the historical evidence of Sassanid textiles are investigated through a comparative study. The Result shows some pieces of evidence of 12th-century Italian silks designed with the inspiration of Persian pre-Islamic textile symbols like sphinxes, tree of life in axial symmetry and repeated medallions. This study could be a primary step in the investigation of the role of textiles in the cultural relationship of East and West and the role of Copts, Jews and Muslims in it.","PeriodicalId":395662,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of ‏The 8th International Conference on Modern Approach in Humanities","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121182033","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research instruments are two-stage surveys and observation of two groups of students at Faculty of Arts of “Haxhi Zeka” University. The results of the study show that English is one of the communication barriers of music students, and that the majority of them have difficulties in communicating in English with international musicians. Most English usage occurs in a Master course. The most difficult skills for Music students are found to be oral communication in English and listening comprehension. However, there are still very strong needs for further improvement in English communication. For the ESP courses, oral communication activities, especially in preparatory English Programs, are particularly needed. The ESP courses should connect with realworld practice and be relevant to actual needs of students. This study has significant implications for English for Music syllabus development.","PeriodicalId":395662,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of ‏The 8th International Conference on Modern Approach in Humanities","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124337161","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study was led on a total sample of 280 males and feminine pupils of the third and the fourth levels of the primary phase, their rate of age between 8 11 years, including 50 children suffering from phonological dyslexia estimated by a test of reader aloud has lists of the words, the so called words and non-words. For that purpose, the researcher builds tools to measure the variables of the study to reach his goals, in particular both main objectives: the first one is to identify the relation between the phonological consciousness and the memory of phonological work with the reading on one hand and the dyslexia On the other hand, to determine the cause of the dyslexia and their contributions (taxes), the second is assured (insured) the efficiency of the program of treatment (processing) pedagogies for the dyslexia. In general, children with dyslexia have a great and persistent difficulty in phonological representations, explicit language units in conjunction with speech recognition skills. Resulted in our results supports the evolutionary hypothesis of the public deficit in the phonological processing skills, and concluded that awareness rhymes appear before tomography phonemic awareness and that of the child at this level of difficulty answering phoneme (vowel and consonants). In addition, multiple regression analysis shows that the decline in the phonological memory is the best indicator of dyslexia Arabic language weak phonological awareness. The studies also reached focus on the effectiveness of the proposed program for the treatment of specific phonological dyslexia and generally improve.","PeriodicalId":395662,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of ‏The 8th International Conference on Modern Approach in Humanities","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133656710","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The analysis covered the judgments of all sixteen administrative courts issued in the abovementioned period. These criteria led to the selection of research material covering a votum separatum from judgments on personal income tax, corporate income tax, inheritance tax, financial transaction tax, real estate tax. During the performed case studies using quantitative analysis it has been determined that, for example, dissenting opinions were very rarely submitted in comparison to the number of judgements issued by administrative courts. In the course of case studies using qualitative analysis it has been observed, that, for example, small number of votum separatum submitted from the rulings of the voivodship administrative courts regarding direct tax cases may indicate the predictability of the judicial process of applying tax law and, consequently, the implementation of the constitutional principle of legal certainty. It may indicate also the unambiguity of tax law and, consequently, the implementation of the constitutional principle of correct legislation (at least at the stage of first instance).","PeriodicalId":395662,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of ‏The 8th International Conference on Modern Approach in Humanities","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122219175","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nowadays, Portugal and the rest of the world have begun to see a gradual and prosperous growth of construction companies. Related to this is the internationalization of companies. The need arises for the parties, contractors and 'developer' to know in advance the contractual conditions, namely delivery time, development, location of the project, payment and other conditions associated with the construction. This article intends to underline the importance of Turnkey's contract, considering it an important contracting modality for the execution of large projects, involving not only engineering, but the effective assembly of a complete production unit. This is a multidisciplinary contract where there is the hiring of a single company, whose responsibility ranges from the completion of the project, to the engineering work, equipment purchase, testing and may even cover the respective operation. For the settlement of this contract, it is necessary to know the activity of FIDIC, International Federation of Consulting Engineers. FIDIC, starting from the observation of thousands of construction contracts around the world related to construction, came to the conclusion that there were contractual conditions that were successively repeated in various contractual types. Thus, it created “general conditions” for all international construction contracts, providing standard models to be adopted by interested parties. However, each contract, apart from the general conditions, lacks particular conditions because of its specificities. Depending on the type of construction contract, these are referred to in books of different colors and are universally accepted as the basis for their elaboration. We will make a foray into the discipline of Turnkey's contract, seeking to highlight the importance it takes on currently.","PeriodicalId":395662,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of ‏The 8th International Conference on Modern Approach in Humanities","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133455208","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
