Capelo","doi":"10.5209/bocm.88585","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5209/bocm.88585","url":null,"abstract":"Plant specimens obtained by the authors from several expeditions to the Selvagens Islands (2004-2021), complemented by the study of herbarium specimens, led to the identification of several new species records for the Selvagens archipelago, namely the taxa currently considered as Canary Islands endemics Trisetaria lapalmae and Polycarpaea divaricata. Other new taxa records for the Selvagens Islands include Convolvulus siculus subsp. elongatus and the grasses Bromus rigidus and Phalaris minor. Notes on Misopates salvagense, Asplenium marinum, Spergularia diandra and Rostraria pumila are also included. Comments on taxa include distribution, ecology, taxonomy, nomenclature, conservation, and historical data. Results are discussed in the light of habitat restoration, following Nicotiana glauca near eradication and rodent eradication. Among them, Arthonia anglica and A. ligniaria are new records for the Iberian Peninsula, while Rinodina colobinoides and Usnea erinacea are new records for Spain. In addition, Agonimia opuntiella, Cliostomum griffithii, Coppinsiella ulcerosa, Lecanora barkmaniana, Micarea synotheoides, Physcia vitii, Reichlingia zwackhii, Rinodina biloculata, R. excrecens, R. conradii and R. pyrina are recorded for the first time in Galicia. En los primeros meses tras el relleno del lago, el morfotipo más frecuente fue el de los flagelados sensu lato y la riqueza de taxones resultó aproximadamente constante, pero la biomasa total se mantuvo baja. A partir de junio, las dos últimas variables aumentaron notablemente, dominando las Clorofitas Chlorococcales y las Cianofitas. Los principales factores de control físico-químico de la biomasa total pudieron ser el carbono orgánico disuelto y el nitrógeno orgánico. Los escasos datos disponibles, registrados en otros años, parecen excluir al zooplancton como factor de control. Field surveys were carried out during the last 10 years, allowing to identify 5 taxa of which 2 (Acer monspessulanum subsp. monspessulanum and A. monspessulanum subsp. martinii) are native, whereas the other 3 (A. negundo, Dodonaea viscosa, and Sapindus saponaria) are alien for the Tunisian flora. A. monspessulanum subsp. martinii, A. negundo, and Dodonaea viscosa are new records at national level, with Dodonaea representing a new genus for the Tunisian flora, whereas Sapindus saponaria is new for the whole North Africa. Information about nomenclature (accepted names, main synonyms, and types), morphology, chromosome number, chorology, occurrence in Tunisia, ecology (phenology and habitat), and taxonomic annotations are provided for each taxon, as well as original photos were prepared. Se consideran los taxones introducidos fuera de terrenos urbanos, naturalizados o no y aquellos naturalizados en zonas urbanas. Se analizan 90 taxones con presencia cierta o probable, y se discuten otros 22 de presencia o estatus dudoso. De los taxones analizados 82 son alóctonos en Madrid (48 naturalizados y 34 sin constancia de estarlo, aunque 7 de ellos naturalizados en localidades próximas) y 8 en localidades próximas (7 naturalizados y 1 sin constancia de estarlo). La mitad de las especies son raras, y otro 20 % son escasas. Tres especies son abundantes, con poblaciones en expansión, Gleditsia triacanthos, Robinia pseudoacacia y Ulmus pumila, la última con un comportamiento invasor. Cuatro arqueófitos cultivados, Vitis vinifera, Medicago sativa, Prunus amygdalus y Ficus carica, están ampliamente naturalizados, aunque si una tendencia expansiva. Otras cuatro especies aparecen dispersas, sin ser abundantes pero parecen en expansión: Papaver somniferum subsp. somniferum, Berberis aquifolium, Spartium junceum y Prunus cerasifera var. atropurpurea. Sánchez Sánchez, David Rodríguez de la Cruz","doi":"10.5209/bocm.80421","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5209/bocm.80421","url":null,"abstract":"La fragmentación de hábitat, el efecto borde, el aislamiento geográfico y la presión agrícola y ganadera son algunas de las amenazas a las que se enfrentan numerosos ecosistemas mediterráneos, como El Monte de Villoria, donde se han estudiado tres parcelas con predominio de diferentes especies del género Quercus (encina, encina y roble melojo, y alcornoque). Como una aproximación para conocer el estado de salud de estos ecosistemas fragmentados se ha estudiado la diversidad macrofúngica de este bosque, obteniéndose valores inferiores a los esperados que indicasen un buen estado de conservación. Se han registrado un total de 186 taxones repartidos en diferentes parcelas de estudio, con una distribución de los mismos condicionada por las diferentes especies arbóreas dominantes en cada una de ellas, alcanzando mayor diversidad alfa en la parcela de alcornoque y menor en la de encina y roble melojo. The objective of this paper was to present the floristic diversity of the cork oak woodlands in Kabylia (northeastern Algeria), by describing the taxonomical (at families, genera, species and subspecies ranks), biological and chorological diversity of the vascular flora. Overall, 311 vascular plant taxa were recorded in the investigated area, of which 29 are endemics and Algerian law protects eight taxa. Biological spectrum revealed ecological features and anthropic pressure, while chorological spectrum provided information in climatic terms. The presence of 34 plant taxa with high value that are range-restricted and/or endemics in these woodlands is especially significant, as well as three threatened or near threatened species. En México se encuentra catalogada como amenazada, por lo que se requieren acciones inmediatas de conservación. Se determinó la viabilidad, contenido de humedad y germinación en período de almacenamiento (0, 3, 6, 9 y 12 meses). Las semillas recién recolectadas presentaron 90±5,0% de viabilidad, 78,7±3,5% de humedad y 55±0,6% de germinación, disminuyendo considerablemente conforme los periodos de almacenamiento.
