Metode pelaksanaanya dengan ceramah dan tanya jawab kepada Masyarakat komunitas Petani Makmur bersama Tim PKM Universitas Halu Oleo dan Universitas Lakidende dalam prosesnya Tim PKM, melakukan proses tanya jawab dan bertukar informasi, memberi kesempatan untuk mencurahkan pendapat bersama kepada para peserta mengenai kampanye pemilu damai Hoax, dan pemaparan materi oleh pihak Universitas Tim PKM. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yakni peserta atau komunitas petani makmur memiliki kesadaran tentang pentingnya mengantisipasi maraknya berita Hoax yang berdampak negatif, dan untuk mengantisipasinya, maka hindari informasi yang mengandung Hoax yaitu dapat memahami pencegahan peyebaran berita hoaks dan memahami solusi untuk melawan Hoax. Hasil Studi Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2022 menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi balita stunting di Kota Palangka Raya sebesar 27,8% dimana angka ini belum mencapai target pemerintah yaitu <20%. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu mengenai stunting beserta upaya pencegahannya. Metode edukasi yang digunakan yaitu melalui penyuluhan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan tahapan pre-test, pemberian edukasi melalui penyuluhan tentang stunting beserta pecegahannya, dan terakhir adalah post-test. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Paired Samples T-Test dengan subjek yaitu ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita usia 6-24 bulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan para ibu setelah mendapatkan edukasi yaitu sebesar 11,19 poin (nilai rata-rata pre-test=70,27 dan nilai rata-rata post-tes=81,46). One of the regencies that is considered to have contributed to increasing exports is Sidoarjo Regency with quite large potential for Gracilaria products. Based on the main issues and opportunities of Sidoarjo district, the research team focused on economic empowerment which was actualized through the Entrepreneurial Village action in the PPK Ormawa program. Based on the issues discovered by the people of Kupang Village, Jabon District, the PPK Ormawa UKM Penalaran team created various innovations in processed food products. The food products have high quality, high marketability, and compete on the market. The products are healthy noodles and meatballs. This has been realized through the \"Grapovition\" program hence the community is able to make processed seaweed products. Training was also provided in making attractive packaging and digital marketing or \"Gracimarket\". In addition, the community is also trained to sell and market the products at large local exhibitions directly, through the Marketing by Booth \"Marboth\" program. Lastly, the \"Si Ruru\" program is also provided to expand sales of seaweed and processed seaweed products. The innovation programs of community service and empowerment activities carried out in Kupang Village, Jabon Sidoarjo District aims to achieve and realize SDGs points 8, 9, 10 and 17. One of the problems that can arise even though the manifestation is not severe is skin disease. If skin diseases are not treated properly, they can become chronic diseases that are very disturbing to health. This community service aims to increase knowledge about self-medication of skin diseases in the environment of Santri Wisma Asuhan Yatim Nurul Huda Kartasura. This community service consists of activity survey stages, licensing, preparation, implementation and evaluation of activities. There is a pretest and posttest to measure the ability of students to knowledge of self-medication of skin diseases. Then a quantitative analysis was carried out which included a data normality test and a t-test for pretest and posttest. The results of community service showed that there were 33 students who participated in community service activities. With most participants having a high school education and all students have never received education about skin diseases. The average knowledge of students for pretest scores is 64.03 ± 13.04, while the average posttest score is 81.61 ± 7.99. Upaya pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dapat dilakukan oleh tenaga PTGMI adalah seperti: promotive, preventif, kuratif serta rehabilitative, pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut dapat dilakukan secara individu, kelompok. Pelaksanaan tersebut dapat dilaksanakan secara terpadu dan komprehensif, khususnya pada bidang pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Mengapa dosen melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, karena: 1. Pasal 20 ayat (2) UU no. 20 tahun 2003. 2. Tupoksi dosen yaitu melaksanakan kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu berbasis kepada hasil penelitian, hasil penelitian Rusmali, dkk (2022) yang berjudul: Pengaruh angka kejadian karies gigi (DMF-T), status kebersihan gigi dan mulut (OHI-S) terhadap perilaku menyikat gigi remaja berdasarkan daerah tinggal dipesisir sungai dan dataran tinggi di Kecamatan Tayan Hilir Kabupaten Sanggau. Hasil yang diperoleh karies dengan katagori sedang (30,9%), Angka Ohi-s dengan katagori sedang (45,3%) dan buruk (27,6%). There are many changes that occur during adolescence, both physical and psychological, so that various problems often arise. Reproductive health problems are still a problem that often arises in teenagers which can be caused by a lack of knowledge about reproductive health among teenagers. For Indonesian society, sexuality is still a taboo issue to discuss so that teenagers do not have access to information about reproductive health. Because education about reproductive health for teenagers is still an important intervention and influences the level of knowledge of teenagers, it is hoped that all teenagers will have excellent reproductive health for a healthy and high-quality generation. The educational participants were 53 students from SMA Negeri 1 Paguyangan who were randomly selected to represent the class. The percentage of teenagers who knew about reproductive health before education was 71% and after education was 98%. There is an increase in knowledge before and after education. One factor that can contribute to the occurrence of skin cancer is exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays. Adolescents are an age group that has the potential to be exposed to UV rays longer and with high intensity. The use of sunscreen is recommended to prevent skin cancer due to UV exposure. The recommended use of sunscreens especially those containing SPF 30 or more. Providing education can increase knowledge and awareness in adolescents to prevent skin cancer and use sunscreen when outdoors. This community midwifery activity will be carried out in November 2023 at Pondok Modern Al-Kautsar Pekanbaru. The activity carried out was education to 30 teenagers about the use of sunscreen as an effort to prevent skin cancer. The activity was carried out first with a pre-test then continued with the presentation of material for 60 minutes and after that post test about skin cancer and the use of sunscreen. The results of activities in students and students there was an increase in skin cancer and the benefits of sunscreen in the prevention of skin cancer. The practice of regular physical activity is very important to improve body health which can have an impact on student achievement. Communication, information, and education among students about the importance of practicing regular physical activity are needed to improve knowledge, attitudes, and practices of physical activity. The purpose of this activity is to provide health education about physical activity and consumption of nutritious food, practice aerobic gymnastics together, and health examinations and consultations. The targets of this activity are students, parents, teachers, and employees of SD Lazuardi Cordova GCS, West Jakarta. These activities were carried out in the form of health education through lectures and discussions, practice aerobic gymnastics together, health checks such as height, weight, blood pressure, nutritional status, blood sugar, and uric acid, as well as health consultations.
