This complex system is given an appropriate observer-based adaptive sliding mode controller. The system’s state is first estimated using a Luenberger observer. Second, the sliding mode control approach ensures that Markovian jump systems (MJSs) with constrained transition rates and matching uncertainties are asymptotically stable. For the correlation and uncertainty of new energy generation, this paper uses t-copula to simulate the joint distribution function of wind and PV, and uses the maximum likelihood estimation method to solve for the unknown parameters in the distribution function. Typical scenarios considering the relevance of new energy generation are obtained using both Monte Carlo and k-means++ methods. In terms of planning, coordinated planning of wind power, photovoltaic power and energy storage devices is considered. To simplify the difficult situation of multi-stage planning for distribution networks due to multi-stage coupling, this paper proposes a two-stage algorithm to solve the multi-stage planning problem for distribution networks. Firstly, the configuration locations and capacities of the scenarios after considering the multi-stage planning are calculated, and secondly, the configuration times are solved in the second stage using the obtained configuration scenarios. And this paper uses IEEE 69 nodes to test the model proposed in this paper to verify the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.","PeriodicalId":391372,"journal":{"name":"2022 First International Conference on Cyber-Energy Systems and Intelligent Energy (ICCSIE)","volume":"71 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116658959","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A mathematical model for preventive maintenance scheduling and routing of the maintenance fleets for offshore wind farms based on multiple-objective is proposed. It takes into account the multi-stakeholder interests in depth as well as the optimal planning requirements on multiple objectives such as economic costs and power system reliability. First, multiple decision variables involving task assignment, maintenance scheduling and routing for each vessel are presented and contrasted with the vehicle routing problems with time windows. Secondly, the reliability index based on maintenance losses is introduced, with the goal of enhancing the power system’s capacity to handle unexpected peak loads. Along with the multi-objective optimal planning model, function models describing economic costs and power system reliability are constructed. Thirdly, the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II is adopted to capture fair compromise solutions to balance different decision preferences. A computational study verifies the feasibility of the mathematical model, and the solutions to the multi-objective problem are thoroughly analyzed.","PeriodicalId":391372,"journal":{"name":"2022 First International Conference on Cyber-Energy Systems and Intelligent Energy (ICCSIE)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122834668","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Their quality is vital for the safe operation of power grid. However, current researches have been few dedicated studies on broken strands in ACSR conductors. In this paper, a pulsed electromagnetic eddy current (PEMEC) method is proposed to detect the defects of broken strands, in which they occur in steel/AL strands. First, the detection principle is analyzed based on the electromagnetic field propagation properties. Second, this paper describes the damage features from three dimensions: balanced signal, differential signal, and AC magnetic flux density. Basing on the theoretical approach and damage features, this study suggests a PEMEC detection steps to accurately distinguish the broken strand at different positions. Meanwhile, a finite element model is built in COMSOL software, and the PEMEC method’ validity is proved, when it is used to detect the varying types, widths and fracture depths of damage in ACSR conductors. In addition, this paper performs a first-order fitting of simulation results to achieve quantification of the damages. Finally, our work is expected to achieve comprehensive detection for broken strands of ACSR conductors.","PeriodicalId":391372,"journal":{"name":"2022 First International Conference on Cyber-Energy Systems and Intelligent Energy (ICCSIE)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132229310","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

First, the SR method is applied based on the model considering the parasitic capacitance which is closer to real-time dynamic response. Secondly, the driving signal for SR MOSFETs is generated by comparing with the pre-set voltage and the resonance voltage to avoid the disturbance from magnetic inductance and get high-precision performance. Furthermore, this method has combined digital and analog to prevent the mis-conduction which happens in the traditional artificial SR methods. Digital twin technology is used to achieve ultra-short-term forecasting of new energy generation output and load electricity consumption in response to the time-varying nature of environmental factors. Considering the energy storage characteristics and adjustable characteristics of electric vehicles(EVs), the load characteristics can be improved by optimizing the EV charging and discharging power and attributing EVs to different aggregators according to the location of charging posts. The corresponding objective functions are established in order to satisfy the demands of both grid side and users. Different from the traditional continuous-time power flow method, which repeatedly solves the static operating points, the Taylor expansion and the HE method can obtain analytical time-domain trajectories of volt-age. The AC power flow equations are reformulated as continuous-time power flow problems using Taylor series expansion and holomorphically embedding of time. The power trajectories are fitted through the cubic Bernstein polynomial splines, and the voltage power series of time can be solved analytically via recursion.
