Lohse","doi":"10.2139/ssrn.3717797","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2139/ssrn.3717797","url":null,"abstract":"In the manufacturing context, the concept of Digital Twins (DT) has over the years emerged to improve manufacturing processes, such as assembly, maintenance, machine monitoring, and optimisation for all physical equipment on the shop floor. A DT can be understood as the virtual representation of a real-world physical entity that provides guidelines and live indication of the entity status and future projections that can assist humans in numerous manufacturing applications. Despite the human expertise being crucial in manufacturing applications, according to literature, the information flow is currently still only one-way: from the DT to the human. As such, the operator’s feedback and observations are not utilised within industrial DTs. So far, it has already been an industry of exceedingly matured development. However, with the increase of the competition not only locally but globally, hotel industry of Islamabad must put forward good quality services to its customers since it is a well understood phenomena that service industry is viewed as a measure for market modernization. Several researches on service industry focus on the measurement of service quality. For hotel industry, which is one of general services industry, a methodically theoretical study about the hotel service quality management is having an important effect on the growth factor. This study proposes a method to evaluate the hotel service quality in Islamabad. Consequently, this study dedicates on evaluating the hotel service quality based on a survey of customer satisfaction. The population consisted of 2,946 heads of households who were registered in Na Yai Arm Sub-District Administrative Organization. Using a stratified random sampling technique, 352 participants comprised the sample group , while participants from each village were randomly selected by simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used as the research instrument in this study. A Structural Equation Model Analysis was used for inspecting the concordance of the developed model with the empirical data and for studying the direct effect of administration following the concept of good governance on service quality at Na Yai Arm Sub-district Administration Organization, Na Yai Arm District, Chanthaburi Province. The findings were as follows: \u00001.  The analysis result showed that the model of service quality fit with the empirical data \u00002. Na podstawie badania treści normy i literatury dotyczącej QFD omówiono współczesny kształt metody wraz z narzędziami pomocniczymi. Otrzymane wyniki pozwoliły na potwierdzenie dojrzałości metodologicznej i empirycznej ujętej w standardzie metody. W konsekwencji sformułowano wniosek o potencjalnym pozytywnym wpływie ISO 16355-1:2015 na rozwój QFD i na przyspieszenie jej dyfuzji. <b>English Abstract:</b> The aim of the study is to analyse standard ISO 16355-1:2015 dedicated to Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and to undertake an attempt to establish its effect to QFD’s development. Based on the literature review about QFD the author discusses contemporary version of this approach for new product development with auxiliary tools. The obtained results allowed to conclude that QFD reached its methodological and empirical maturity of QFD. Indian Banks are well regulated and have emerged stronger under the watchful eyes of the regulator. Their unassailability could be well gauged by the health of the Indian economy. The public sector banks in India continue to lead the banking system. The objective of this study is to focus on the importance of new techniques in the fast changing banking scenario of India.The basic philosophy of participative management is that once the people are committed to the goals of the organization, they will exercise self-direction and self-control in the service of the objectives to which they are committed. Their commitment to objectives is a function of the rewards associated with their achievement and therefore, external control and the threat of punishment are the means to direct efforts towards achieving organizational objectives. In order to create proper conditions for people to seek and accept responsibility, conscious efforts are required to be made to involve them at all levels i.e. Intellectual, emotional and physical in the decision making process of the organisation. Employee’s participation in the management process at all levels is expected to bring about improved employee morale and increased productivity.With this objective in mind, various techniques of participative management have been tried viz. employee suggestion scheme, work and floor committees, house journals, representation on the board etc. with varied results. Quality Circle is one such technique which has played a significant role in creating awareness for sustained quality improvement in the banking system of developed countries.This paper aims at providing a brief overview of the major developments in the field of Quality Circle Approach. An effort has been made to present the different phases of Quality Circle Concept. This study makes a modest attempt to analyse the relevance of Quality Circles Approach in India.
