Kechemir","doi":"10.1051/PARASITE/1978531075","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1051/PARASITE/1978531075","url":null,"abstract":"Des recherches sur la transmission du Trematode Hemiuride Halipegus ovocaudatus en conditions experimentales et naturelles montrent que :—le miracidium evolue en sporocyste produisant des redies chez le Mollusque Planorbis planorbis ; —les cercaires cystophores evoluent en mesocercaires dans l’hemocœle de Crustaces Copepodes ou eventuellement Ostracodes lorsqu’elles sont consommees par ceux-ci ;—les mesocercaires evoluent en metacercaires dans le mesenteron de larves d’Odonates, Zygopteres et Anisopteres, lorsque ces dernieres consomment les Copepodes ;—les metacercaires deviennent adultes chez l’Amphibien Rana ridibunda perezi, apres consommation des imagos d’Odonates.Les quatre hotes (Mollusque — Crustace — Odonate — Amphibien) sont obligatoires dans le cycle car il est impossible d’infester directement l’Odonate a partir du Mollusque ou l’Amphibien (qu’il s’agisse du tetard ou de l’adulte) a partir des Copepodes.Les divers stades du cycle biologique d’ H. ovocaudatus sont decrits et les modalites de cette transmission a 4 hotes obligatoires sont comparees a celles des autres especes d’ Halipegus et a celles des Trematodes en general. Cette reaction cellulaire se retrouve chez les mollusques eleves dans les conditions standard du laboratoire (20° C) avec une infestation fasciolienne evolutive ou abortive.L’intensite de la reaction est identique chez les limnees exposees chacune a un seul miracidium au laboratoire, que l’infestation soit evolutive ou abortive ; par contre la reaction est quasi-nulle chez les limnees non infestees ou les temoins. L’intensite de la reaction varie en fonction de l’origine geographique des limnees ou des miracidiums utilises.L’intensite de la reaction croit chez les limnees a infestation evolutive si le nombre de miracidiums presents par exposition ou le nombre d’expositions augmentent. Ces techniques, utilisees parallelement dans un site rural (Cevennes) et dans un site urbain (agglomeration marseillaise) donnent des resultats comparables. Dans le foyer cevenol de leishmaniose viscerale, Phlebotomus ariasi Tonnoir, 1921 domine largement ; il est remplace par Phlebotomus perniciosus Newstead, 1911 dans le foyer urbain.
