Angles like distance are not changed easily in vector data. Because of this, the proposed method is robust to scaling. In previous methods there are distortion and topology change. However, this proposed method doesn’t have distortion and topology change because I used intersection test. Therefore, the proposed method could be used in various fields to protect the copyright of vector map.","PeriodicalId":387797,"journal":{"name":"Adv. Inf. Sci. Serv. In this paper, the rival’s decision making model is described by influence diagram. According to the criterion that rival is apt to gain the global maximum expected utility rather than to gain the local maximum expected utility, we infer rival’s private information about cost, bankroll, tactic, and utility by combining decision computation and Bayesian network illation. Three important components of intelligence have been identified for systems; ability to predict, ability to adapt and ability to take appropriate action. While extensive research has been done on shopping assistants and the use of RFID in the grocery industry, there is still a lack of insight into the benefits of processing shopping data within a Business Intelligence infrastructure and the components of intelligence. This paper presents iShopper, an intelligent dualmode shopping assistant. The main objective of iShopper is to create new shopping incentives through exploiting the high penetration of mobile communications, as well as the opportunities that emerging automatic product identification technologies and business intelligence offer to the grocery industry. The results indicate that the role of Business Intelligence components and RFID technology in shopping should not be underestimated. There are several research initiatives in the field of Web services for enterprise applications. However, none of the initiatives have attempted for web applications pertaining to academic institution using Web services technology. Web service composition is the combination of web services from different service providers to create a more sophisticated, value added web service to the web users. Researchers put on efforts to bring out the state-of-the art in web services technologies and security technologies for web services. The composition of web services is another promising area for research and development. A study reveals that there are number of approaches providing secure web services. However, there is no attempt made so far to secure the services at multi-level. This paper proposes a Multi-level Secured Framework (MLSF) for the students, faculty and employees of the academic institutions which provides secured composite web services such as admission service, fees payment service, library service, personalized service and so on. The MLSF enhances the security at various levels such as user level, device level, web services level and institution level.","PeriodicalId":387797,"journal":{"name":"Adv. Inf. Sci. Serv. Ontologies can be beneficial for the objects identification in software engineering approach. Semantic and ontologies search engines have used to assist search and recovery of online ontologies which it is the first to find the ontologies for particular domain of interest. Considering an object oriented software engineering classic problem, is the difficulty of finding the appropriate objects for the system. The main goal of this research is to integrate the different eXtensible Markup Language based (XML-based) formats available online by using created Java–based application program to merge and modify ontologies for building object model. The author also provides the alternative option to apply off-the-shelf software as tools for the same purpose. The Java–based application program will allow the developer to choose objects (extracted from ontologies classes) and their components which are attributes, operations, and relationships. The final result of the program will be used as the sketch object diagrams of the system.","PeriodicalId":387797,"journal":{"name":"Adv. Inf. Sci. Serv. In service-oriented architecture environment, different service consumers are trying to obtain their required service for which they compete with other service applicants. On the other hand different service providers are competing with each other to give services to the applicants, each trying to give their service upon more profit. In such ground the assignment of service provider to service consumer is critically important. In this paper we are searching for a solution by which assignment of service providers to service consumers would bring satisfaction for architectural elements so the service providers need for reassignment will decrease. To this end we present Auction Algorithm based assignment.","PeriodicalId":387797,"journal":{"name":"Adv. Inf. Sci. Serv. To transmit the response message, DSR or AODV algorithms reuse a path that was established during the message transfer request. In this case, the failure of the mobile host on the established path is more sensitive. We propose a novel approach to make robust algorithms for preventing this failure problem. The failure is classified in two types according to possibility of prediction: the predictable failure and the unpredictable failure. Predictable failure is caused by the limited power and the mobility of a mobile host, but unpredictable failure occurs suddenly without enough time for the problem solving. This paper suggests a novel approach that can treat the problem actively and intelligently for a predictable failure. This approach is similar to the procedure of showing a coworker the ropes in a company. In other words, when the failure of a mobile host on the established path is predicted, the mobile host delegates power to a neighbor, and then notifies to a previous mobile host on the path.","PeriodicalId":387797,"journal":{"name":"Adv.
