Расчетная модель базируется на положениях теории метода симметричных составляющих, что позволяет имитировать появление компонент нулевой последовательности токов, возникающих в энергосистеме в случае однофазного замыкания на землю. Проведено имитационное моделирование сети напряжением 20 кВ с компенсированной нейтралью в режиме однофазного замыкания на землю, результаты которого проиллюстрированы соответствующими осциллограммами и зависимостями напряжений и токов. По результатам моделирования проанализировано работу системы компенсации аварийного тока в режиме однофазного замыкания на землю. Предложенная расчетная модель может быть использована при разработке новых и модернизации существующих сетей среднего напряжения с компенсированной нейтралью для оценки эффективности их работы в режиме однофазного замыкания на землю и с целью наиболее рационального выбора соответствующего оборудования установки компенсации и алгоритмов его работы. The research mechanism consists of a coil with leads and a moving disk. The coil of the mechanism is wound with copper tape, the disk is made of copper bus and mounted on the rod, which passes through the hole of the coil. A circuit diagram of a laboratory test bench for the study of the induction-dynamic mechanism has been developed and the principle of operation of the circuit has been considered. A description of the electrical circuit elements is given. A prototype model of the induction-dynamic mechanism was manufactured and a mobile laboratory stand was assembled with the necessary devices mounted on a DIN-rail and ancillary accessories. The high speed of the induction-dynamic mechanism is ensured by the presence of a storage capacitor, which discharges the stored energy to the mechanism coil in a relatively short time. Auxiliary parts for mounting the elements of the stand are made using a modern 3D printer FLASHFORGE CREATOR PRO. Oscillograms of transients are obtained when an induction-dynamic mechanism is triggered, namely: oscillograms of current in the mechanism winding and of voltage on a storage capacitor as well as oscillogram of moving disk displacement. У цій статті проведено аналіз електромагнітних процесів в електричних колах напівпровідниковими з комутаторами. Створено математичну модель для аналізу електромагнітних процесів в напівпровідникових перетворювачах з широтно-імпульсним регулюванням вихідної напруги. Наведено графіки, що від ображають електромагнітні процеси у електричних колах. Статья присвячена розвитку метода багатопараметричних функцій шляхом розробки нових математичних моделей та визначення функцій і алгоритмічних рівнянь для аналізу за підсистемними складовими електромагнітних процесів у розголуджених електричних колах з напівпровідниковими комутаторами і ланками з синусоїдальними, постіними і імпульсними напругами. Напівпровідникові коммутатори можуть виконувати високочастотне змінення структури електричних кіл і широтно-імпульсну модуляцію фазних і лінейних напруг трихфазної мережі електроживлення, виконуючи регулювання вихідних напруг напівпровідникових перетворювачів параметрів електричної енергії.
