In detecting this object, the model used is the Gaussian Mixture Model whose performance is very effective if applied to any area that occurs in an object motion detected in the video. In this study, the Gaussian Mixture Model is used to model the background colors of each pixel. In addition, the limited memory and knowledge of a technician about computer damage can cause errors or inaccuracies in diagnosing the damage. In designing this system the approach method used is structured oriented with the system development method used is a prototype model. The supporting software used to design a food menu ordering information system is Power Designer, Bizagi Modeler, Balsamiq, and Microsoft Visio. The final result of this activity is in the form of an expert system design report to diagnose web-based hardware damage. The group of data classes that are less known as the minority group, the other data class group is called the majority group (majority). In essence real data, data that is mined directly from the database is unbalanced. This condition makes it difficult for the classification method to perform generalization functions in the machine learning process. Almost all classification algorithms such as Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor and others show very poor performance when working on data with highly unbalanced classes. The classification methods mentioned above are not equipped with the ability to deal with class imbalance problems. Many data processing methods are often used in cases of data imbalance, in this case research will be carried out using the Spider2 method. In this study, the Ecoli dataset was used, while for this study, 5 (five) different Ecoli datasets were used for each dataset for the level of data imbalance. After testing datasets with different levels of Inbalancing Ratio (IR), starting from the smallest 1.86 to 15.80, the results that explain that the KNN algorithm can improve its performance even better in terms of unbalanced data classification by adding the SPIDER- method 2 as a tool in dataset processing. With the many locations of motorcycle repair shops in the city of Medan, sometimes it makes workshop service users feel confused to find the best workshop location according to the desired criteria. This will cause problems for motorcycle repair service users because not all of them know the name of the workshop and its address, especially for service users who live outside the city of Medan. The purpose of this research is to create a Decision Support System to help repair shop service users make the right decisions. The right method to make it easier for users to choose a motorcycle repair shop is to use the method Weighted Sum Model (WSM) with the help of Google Map. Due to the large number of customers who come to the Double Bread Shop, so many new bakeries are trying to provide types of bread that resemble the menu in the Ganda Roti Shop, so that many new bakery businesses are opening to compete for customers at the Ganda Roti Shop. Therefore, by looking at the conditions and problems at the Ganda Bakery, it is necessary to have a media in the form of an online-based system to integrate ordering, marketing, and customer service that can manage the relationship between the company and its customers by creating applications with the CRM concept. In this study using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method is a new paradigm in the development of web-based systems. The purpose of using this UCD method is to overcome the problem of the user's inability to use the system, and it is hoped that the user will be able to know the function of the system only in one use. The UCD method involves potential users in the early stages of development so that potential users can provide input regarding the e-commerce system interface. The final result in building e-commerce is expected to produce maximum appearance and functionality and have usability values.
