Nada Surya Tunggal has 110 employees. From the data analysis that has been carried out, it shows that: (1) Work environment has a significant positive effect on work productivity (2) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on work productivity (3) Religiosity has a significant positive effect on work productivity (4) Work environment has a positive effect significant positive effect on job satisfaction (5) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on work productivity (6) Religiosity has a positive and insignificant effect on work productivity (7) Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on work productivity. The method used is a case study with several UPZ objects in Tasikmalaya. The study found that local governments have not seriously promoted the potential of zakat as evidenced by the absence of zakat regulation by local governments. However, in terms of zakat collection, UPZ has been effective and efficient. Analisis model mempergunakan regresi linier berganda dimana memanfaatkan program IBM SPSS Statistic 21. Citra merek, harga, pelayanan, dan store atmosphere seluruhnya secara serentak mempunyai dampak positif signifikan pada keputusan pembelian di Dendy Sky View. Secara parsial pelayanan, harga, dan citra merk tidak memiliki dampak pada keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif atau analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan tiga prosedur pengumpulan data yaitu: wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, kondisi sosial ekonomi pedagang Kaki Lima Arek Lancor Pamekasan untuk kondisi berjualan dan pendapatan masih lebih ramai dan lebih tinggi sebelum pindah dari Arek Lancor. Pada indikator pekerjaan para pedagang sebagian memilih untuk mencari kerja sampingan setelah direlokasi mengingat kondisi berjualan yang sepi yang berimbas pada menurunnya pendapatan. Pada indikator pendidikan para pedagang tetap mengupayakan pendidikan untuk keluarganya. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using a hermeneutic content analysis model and the integration-interconnection approach in detail the islamic boarding school ecosystem in order to develop halal supply chain management. In general, the four principles of the halal supply chain, namely halal procurement, halal manufacturing, halal distribution, and halal logistics. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan PT. Panin Bank Tbk yang ada di Jakarta dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 80 orang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menguji 4 variabel yaitu Kompensasi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), dan Kepuasan Kerja (X3) sebagai variabel bebas dan Keinginan Berpindah (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -0,300 (negatif dan signifikan) terhadap keinginan berpindah.
