Facial recognition systems can continue to be improved as technology evolves. The task of face recognition has been heavily explored in recent years. In this research, we provide our initial idea in developing Lightweight Deep Neural Networks for facial recognition. Although our goal was to create an optimal model that would exceed current facial recognition model performance, we could experiment and discover alternative approaches to multi-class facial recognition/classification. We tested with a dataset of 2800 images of men and women with specified image sizes. We created three CNN with various architectures, which we used to train with the chosen dataset for 20, 50, 100, and 200 classes per model. The experimental results exhibit the challenges of increasing the complexity of neural networks. From these results, we concluded that a Light CNN Model with a small number of layers had an average test accuracy of 94.19%, which was the best classification performance on unseen data.","PeriodicalId":383710,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Advanced Computer Science & Technology","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121358910","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

AR supplies virtual information to the visual perceptions of users, giving the user new tools to ensure that knowledge for many processes and in many environments are comprehended efficiently. Usually, AR applications depend on virtual reality headset (VR-box) to overlay virtual objects and text on the surrounding environment of the user.People with autism spectrum condition (ASC) especially children are often found lacking in social interaction, including facial expres-sion and understanding of other minds which make social communication more difficult for them. This paper aims to use AR system to assist children with (ASC) in better understanding facial expressions by overlaying suggested 3d objects over the physical environment. Results of AR treatment found higher engagement and more effective compare to a non-AR system.This paper utilizes Vuforia to create an AR environment for the treatment of children with ASC. Vuforia is a software development kit that provides AR capabilities to smartphone devices.","PeriodicalId":383710,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Advanced Computer Science & Technology","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132192327","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For that, the industry is required to make a breaking through in order to enhance the organizational performance. This is a reason for addressing the inefficiencies in managing people, processes, organizations, and technology. One of the efforts in improving organization performance is the development in the field of Information Systems as an effort to improve the agility of the organization. ERP system is one solution that can be employed in order to improve organization performance. However, in reality, industrial companies face problems in ERP implementation. This is a challenge to solve the problems of implementing an ERP system for industry. In this opportunity, researchers intend to conduct a re-search to identify the problems of factors in the ERP implementation, namely by proposing agile methods as one of the new methodologies in the effort to solve the problems in the ERP implementation for an industry. The results of this study will result in an agile model of implementing ERP for improving the capacity of ERP systems. This study idea is to analyze the agile method as a solution alternative to make changes for the ERP implementation success. The algorithm is deducted from the behavior of elephant groups in the wild. First, the clan updating mechanism. Second, the separation mechanism.U-Turning Ant colony optimization (U-TACO) is a swarm-based algorithm uses the behavior of real ant in finding the shortest way be-tween its current location and a source of food for solving optimization problems. Subarea Tree Routing (STR) has used for multi-hop networks for network division into various subareas. The main objective of this paper is creating a dynamic sub-area tree infrastructure for Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANET). The proposed architecture uses the hierarchical procedure to divide the whole network into many geographical sub-area networks. In addition, each sub-area has a selected root node, we can configure the root node manually due to small ad hoc network and uses auto-discovery procedure to select the roots for large networks. The root node is located at the center of sub-area with hop level zero. The root function is used to update the routing table and root table for sub-area. After sub-area created any interconnected node detects a new inefficient node for sending the invitation message to join the sub-area tree. In the same sub-area, proactive routing protocols are used between the sub-area root node and its interconnect nodes and reactive routing protocols are used between all sub-areas root nodes. The new sub-area tree provides an infrastructure to avoid the flooding procedures. Routing in the sub-area tree avoids the transmission collision to optimize the ad-hoc networks.
