Learning media's significance in facilitating teaching and learning is crucial in this era. The 4.0 revolution has prompted a gradual shift towards digitalization in almost all sectors. Adapting to these changes is essential for future readiness. Revolution 4.0's challenges and opportunities also impact education, emphasizing innovation and balance with 21st-century skills: creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. The design employs the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) through six stages: concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. The aim is to create interactive Android learning media, specifically an application introducing network measuring tools. This aligns with the Learning Objectives Flow (ATP), Learning Outcomes, and Learning Objectives for 10th-grade TKJ students. Augmented Reality Marker technology enables smartphone access. Therefore, it is important to consider the decision in selecting the type, design and budget planning. Currently, the property industry is still growing in small towns and big cities. The use of 2D drawings and miniature houses that are commonly used to describe building designs can be replaced by using a three-dimensional (3D) model of a house viewed on an Android mobile device. The technology known as Augmented Reality (AR) allows the insertion of 3D virtual objects into real environments. This research will integrate Augmented Reality technology into home customization that displays 3D houses and can customize the house according to your wishes. There is also a budget needed when you want to build a house so that when using 3D objects, the home customization process will become more realistic and more detailed. This application provides convenience and interactive experience to consumers, which can increase consumer involvement and interest in building a house. This application has undergone validation tests from 3 media experts. Oleh karena itu, Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang membutuhkan media digital yang dapat membantu penyampaian informasi agar lebih cepat tersampaikan. Sehingga perlunya Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang dikembangkan aplikasi mading berbasis android yang memudahkan pengguna untuk dapat mengakses informasi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem ini yakni metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall. Metode Waterfall ini terdiri dari 5 tahapan, yakni Analyze (Analisis), Design (Perancangan), Development (Pengembangan), Testing (Pengujian), serta Maintenance (Pemeliharaan). Dengan menggunakan metode ini, tahap yang dilalui harus menunggu selesai tahap sebelumnya serta berjalan berurutan. Arsitektur sistem ini berbasis Model-View-Controller menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, Sistem Informasi Mading Kepegawaian ini menunjukkan hasil fungsi aplikasi dengan akurasi 100%. Ini menandakan bahwa sistem telah bekerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan tanpa kesalahan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Mading Kepegawaian Berbasis Android Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang merupakan solusi yang efektif dan akurat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penyampaian informasi kepegawaian di lingkungan akademik tersebut.Kata kunci : Informasi, Android, Waterfall, CodeIgniter, Mading Padang State University has a lot of important information that is conveyed to each of the existing faculties, including the Faculty of Engineering. Therefore, the Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University needs digital media that can help convey information so that it can be conveyed more quickly. So it is necessary for the Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University to develop an Android-based bulletin application that makes it easier for users to be able to access this information. The method used in developing this system is the Waterfall software development method. The Waterfall method consists of 5 stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Testing, and Maintenance. By using this method, the stages passed must wait for the completion of the previous stage and run sequentially. This system architecture is based on Model-View-Controller using the CodeIgniter framework with the PHP programming language. Based on the test results, this Civil Service Mading Information System shows the results of the application function with 100% accuracy. This indicates that the system has worked as expected without significant errors. Thus, it can be concluded that the Android-based Staffing Mading Information System, Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University is an effective and accurate solution for increasing efficiency in delivering staffing information in the academic environment. Sistem informasi ini menghasilkan penyewaan alat camping di Andalas Adventure dan menginformasikan terkait nama, jenis, dan harga yang disewakan di Andalas Adventure, menghasilkan sistem penyewaan yang bisa melakukan transaksi secara online dengan metode pembayaran dilakukan melalui transfer rekening.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Website, MVC, Metode Prototype. The design of a camping equipment rental information system is designed to provide convenience in managing the process of renting and returning goods, so a camping equipment rental system is designed which aims to make it easier for customers to carry out the process of searching for goods, make it easier for officers to make rental reports, as well as ordering camping equipment and online transactions . This information system uses the MVC (Model, View, Controller) technique developed with the PHP programming language, the Codeigniter framework, and the Database Management System used is MySQL. The method used is a prototype development method with several stages including Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction and Deployment Delivery & feedback. This information system will produce camping equipment rentals at Andalas Adventure and provide information regarding the names, types, and prices that are rented at Andalas Adventure, resulting in a rental system that can make transactions online with the method of payment being made via account transfer.
