This study uses a qualitative approach, data collection using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Determination of samples/informants using purposive sampling technique while processing and analyzing data using the Nvivo 12 application. The results showed that the performance of employees in motor vehicle testing services was assessed based on performance indicators of quantity, quality, effectiveness, independence and work commitment in general good. The effectiveness indicator is considered still lacking in terms of the time required for testing for each vehicle beyond the targeted time. Factors that affect employee performance in vehicle testing include organizational structure, human and financial resources. Financial factors are still lacking so that it becomes an obstacle in optimizing employee performance. The population in all heads of families in Abbokongan Village A total of 508 family heads from the total population of 1864 people, while the sampling used was a purposive sampling technique where the sampling was taken with the consideration of the researcher, that of the 51 people selected they were people who knew about management. BUMDes. This type of research is quantitative with a quantitative descriptive type approach that aims to explain systematically and professionally. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with the help of SPSS. The results obtained through questionnaires from policy implementation. The accumulation of the average percentage results of the 8 question items on the policy implementation indicators above, then the average percentage result is 73.3%, it can be concluded that this indicator is in the category \"Well\". The accumulation of the average percentage results from the 7 question items on the BUMDes management indicator above, then the average percentage result is 69%, it can be concluded that this indicator is in the \"Good\" category. The calculated f value is 0.003 with a significant level of 0.954 > 0.05 then the regression model can be used to predict the implementation variable or in other words there is an effect of implementation on the management of BUMDes. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data analysis using the Nvivo 12 Plus For Windows application. The results of this study indicate that government governance in the realization of the principles of good governance has not been maximized. The village government does not have a strategic vision and weak enforcement of the rule of law, while the unaccountable BPD has an impact on the low community participation due to weak law enforcement and the lack of The response from the community has resulted in the ineffective and inefficient implementation of the program run by the village government. The village government has not been able to combine the three main elements, namely the government, the village consultative body, and the community in the same commitment. The population of this study amounted to 146 people, while the research sample used a total random sampling of 73 people. Data collection techniques in this study used the techniques of Observation, Interview, Literature Study and Questionnaire. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The data were then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of government functions in Timoreng Panua Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is considered quite good with an average percentage of 74.12%. The function of government to improve the welfare of the people affected by COVID-19 in Timoreng Panua Village is considered quite good with an average percentage result, which is 82.02%. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kajian Pustaka yaitu melalui jurnal dan laporan-laporan pendukung yang bersifat terkait dengan penelitian ini. Adapun temuan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pendidikan kasus korupsi yang ditangani oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) sejak tahun 2015 hingga 2018 dari segi kasus maupun jumlah tersangka terus meningkat. Tahun 2018, KPK menangani 57 kasus dengan 261 tersangka dan nilai kerugian sebesar Rp385 miliar. Di mana rata-rata kasus yang ditangani KPK per bulan yakni lima kasus dengan nilai kerugian Rp6,6 miliar. Kasus pendidikan korupsi yang dilakukan oleh KPK paling banyak menjabat sebagai ketua atau anggota Dewan Perwakilan rakyat Daerah (DPRD) dengan jumlah tersangka 103 orang. Tindak korupsi sering dilakukan oleh para elit politik yang ada di DPR serta di institusi penegakan hukum. Namun yang paling rawan dilakukannya tindakan korupsi yaitu terjadi di Desa. sektor yang paling rawan 2018 yakni anggaran desa. Terdapat 96 kasus korupsi terkait anggaran desa yang melibatkan 133 orang tersangka dengan nilai kerugian negara yang ditimbulkan yakni Rp37,2 miliar. Sementara, sektor yang menimbulkan kerugian negara paling tinggi yakni perbankan sebesar Rp2.100 miliar (16 kasus).
