The concept of green building has been applied in various tools, none other than GBCI with six categories. This paper evaluates the La Cucina building in Seoul with the aim of knowing the extent to which GBCI is implemented outside the region as it should be and knowing the constraints and advantages of the rating tool. The method used is to make a La Cucina building simulation with Archicad software then evaluate the calculations with exel, velux and look for the building material literature and match it in the greenship tool. The results obtained in the existing building OTTV values ??and natural lighting have not reached the GBCI target, while for environmentally friendly materials and fabricated materials, they have not yet been fully achieved. Therefore, it was retested in accordance with the initial recommendations and results. The final results of OTTV, natural lighting, environmentally friendly materials and fabrication materials as expected and successful. The conclusion and recommendation of this paper is that OTTV can be achieved by measuring shading and replacing glass materials which have low Sc Glass and Uv values. While in lighting, 30% of the space on each floor has natural lighting. The WFH system has high flexibility, this is to support employee balance between work and life. The work system that changed to WFH in a short period of time made workers experience stressful conditions such as feelings of anxiety or worry for a long time, especially when they lived under the same roof with many people. In carrying out WFH, workers need a comfortable place to work to help focus on work. One of the things that play a role in creating a sense of comfort when working is the application of ergonomic rules. This study looks for any variables that can affect WFH activities and which variables most affect WFH activities. The application of ergonomics, especially macro ergonomics in WFH activities, is considered appropriate to be able to solve various problems in WFH activities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting a study through distributing questionnaires to respondents who are doing WFH. From the results of the study, it was found that the comfort of workers in carrying out WFH activities is closely related to ergonomics in a residential house. Symbols in the form of two-dimensional and three-dimensional objects arranged and beautified the church as well as religious significance. Symbols and ornaments are placed inside the church (interior) and outside the church (exterior), function to support the atmosphere of the church visually and help appreciate aesthetic, psychological and religious faith. Regina Caeli Catholic Church in Pantai Indah Kapuk Jakarta is a Catholic church that is characterized by modern architecture and features symbols and ornaments on the interior and exterior of the church. This paper describes the existence of symbols and ornaments -symbols in the church associated with obedience to the principles of modern architecture that underlies the design of the church. The research problem is how the existence of symbolic symbols and ornaments in the Regina Caeli Catholic Church, which are modern-minimalist architecture? The study was carried out by analyzing secondary data (photos and texts) and literature studies, then compared with the basic guidelines of Catholic church architecture and the principles of modern architecture. As a result, Regina Caeli's Catholic Church architecture is a modern architecture with a modern-minimalist expression. The existence of a symbol of the cross marks the existence of a Catholic church visually, the interior ornaments strengthen the uniqueness as a sacred (religious) space. This is because in general these buildings use stairs as a means of vertical circulation while the activities inside have increased so that more efficient vertical circulation is needed such as elevators. The problem is how to determine the placement of vertical circulation facilities in historical buildings, which sometimes do not accommodate the placement of new vertical circulation facilities and placement should be in locations that are easily accessible and seen by users but at the same time also pay attention to the rules of buildingconservation rules. This study aims to show the use of the Space Syntaxmethod can be used in conjunction with the conservation study of historic buildings to determine the placement of vertical circulation facilities in buildings as a space study tool that will determine the location of placement in terms of accesibility and connectedness of space which will then be used to determine placement new elements in the building while paying attention to the principles of cultural heritage conservation. The study used quantitative methods of ekseprimental simulation with the use of Depthmap's computer program as a tool for analysis of simulation of the Space Syntaxmethod, supported by heritage provisions as a guide to limits of changes allowed in cultural heritage buildings. One of the negative impacts is the declining public health factor. At present, the main cause of death in urban communities is cardiovascular disease caused by people's lifestyles that are minimal to carry out physical activity or sedentary lifestyle. Based on these phenomena there are various design principles for the physical environment, one of which is the principe of Active Design. The Active Design can be understood as a set of principles in designing the physical setting of the environment so that it can stimulate its users to carry out physical activity without them knowing it. The Active Design Principle is seen as having a significant impact on increasing public health factors when applied to the urban public spaces. In line with these thoughts, in the city of Bandung there has been a phenomenon of improvement in the city's public space, one of which is the revitalization of Saparua Park. There is an interesting thing about the revitalization of the Saparua Park environment, namely the incorporation of two dominant concepts in one unit of the environment, thematic garden concepts for recreational needs and the concept of sports complexes for the needs of public sports facilities. This research is a qualitative-descriptive study which contains the formulation of Active Design indicators in the urban public space based on literatures. Then evaluate the physical settings of Saparua Park environment after revitalization based on Active Design indicators that have been formulated. The growth and development process of the city is largely determined by the strategy of the government itself. Therefore, the government regulates the direction of urban growth through the formation of regulations. However, the current condition of regulations and arrangement of development are quite worrying. The process applied is not in line with regulations, the quality of the environment decreases because of the illegally grown land use of settlements Covenience in an area is also closely related to the conditions of nature environment. Like the existence of Cikapundung river which is no longer considered. It can be seen in riverside housing that increasingly wild and growing organically. The purpose of this study is to identify the physical arrangement of the environment and buildings in the Cikapundung riverside settlement Bandung and its influence on the application of regulations. The method used is 1) A quantitative approach at the stage of data collection and analysis with parametric simulation technique modeling, using Rhinoceros Grasshopper software; 2) A qualitative approach in forming conclusions relating to the prediction of the building mass compared to the existing conditions. Analysis was carried out based on applicable regulatory studies including Building Coverage Ratio (BCR), Floor Average Ratio (FAR), and River Border Line, then applied to the simulation of building shapes, and identified behavior of the inhabitants. Saddens by this fact, this research is conducted to recycle plastic bag waste. Fusion technique is a technique to fuse two or more plastic plies by heating them. It is easily done because the equipment need is very easy to find. With fusion technique the plastic waste can be turned into durable and waterproof material. In this research, a card wallet is made out of the recycle material. Carry goods is a commodity that is continuously needed by market. The research used material driven design process, in which tries to explore the recycle material both in technical and experiential qualities. Aside from material exploration, this research also studiesabout user perception regarding this material, this study is needed to remove the waste stigma. From the study founded thatemotional and performative are affecting each other. The three traits that user about plastic fusing material are pattern, contras color and transparency.
