Material and methods: We performed an observational cross-sectional study of 54 patients with RPC that were evaluated with 18F-PSMA PET/CT. The concordance between 18F-PSMA PET/CT and PSA kinetics was analyzed. Results: The mean age was 68 ± 8 years. Time to relapse had a median (Q1-Q3) of 29 (8; 48) months. Imaging methods are a key diagnostic tool in the evaluation of the pericardium. Transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE) is the first line imaging method because of its cost-effectiveness. Multi-slice Computed Tomography (MSCT), on the other hand, represents a valuable complement to the limitations of TTE and in emergency evaluation of the patient with suspected PE. The apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) is evaluated together with the diffusion sequence, calculating the negative logarithm of the intensity ratio of two image sets, allowing the quantitative analysis of the diffusion. Objective: To determine if there is a statistical significance between the ADC values of benign and malignant musculoskeletal lesions, correlating the results with the histological findings. Method: Prospective, observational and descriptive study. Patients with suspected tumoral lesions of the musculoskeletal system of any age and sex, with no history of prior radiation therapy or surgery, evaluated with resonance with subsequent biopsy or surgery. Results: This study included 170 patients. Male patients were 80 (44 benign), and female patients were 90 (43 benign). The total was 87 benign 168). Palabras Abstract Tumor mimicking lesions in the musculoskeletal system are defined as benign non-neoplastic entities that may be clinically and/or radiologically confused with neoplasms. The etiology and anatomical locations of these lesions vary from normal va-riants to traumatic, inflammatory or metabolic lesions. With adequate interrogation, physical examination and appropriate selection of imaging methods, tumor lesions can be differentiated from non-tumor lesions. In cases where diagnostic certain-ty is not achieved, biopsy should be used to rule out malignancy.
