All were removed due to esthetic concerns; therefore, we utilized a novel marginal excision using minimally invasive endoscopic tools. All patients had excellent functional and esthetic outcomes up until 1-year postoperative evaluation. Over the years, a multitude of reconstructive techniques have been described. Among these, the anatomical reconstructions closely reproduce the native anatomy with better functional outcomes.
