This research design is included in the survey research category because the main data collection uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Survey research is research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were all Civil Servants (PNS) at the Secretariat of the General Election Commission of Southeast Sulawesi Province and the Secretariat of the KPU in 17 regencies and cities totaling 279 people, so the determination of the number of samples for this study was determined using the Slovin formula (Sekaran, 2003). ). The type of data used in this research is quantitative. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method of this research is SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis. The population in this study are customers who shop online through the Shopee application. The technique used in sampling is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the free shipping promo and customer experience had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Metode analisis untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode PLS (Partial Least Square)yang mengukur intensitas 3 variabel, yaitu variabel independen, variabel mediasi dan variabel dependen.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, integritas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe. Kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe sedangkan integritas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe. Primary data needed was obtained through a questionnaire. Considering that the research population is diverse, the sample is taken using a stratified sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple regression and correlation methods, while the hypothesis test with t test and F test with 0.05.The results of the analysis show that Soft Skill and Hard Skill have an effect on employee performance, respectively 0.318 and 0.539. By comparing the two, the influence of Hard Skills on employee performance is more dominant when compared to the influence of Soft Skill changes.Soft Skills and Hard Skills together have a very strong relationship with employee performance with a variation contribution of 60.4%. Considering the contribution of the two types of expertise, it is recommended that the relevant officials make efforts to improve these skills, by conducting internal training, involving their employees in various trainings organized by other parties, and motivating their employees to continue to develop their skills independently. The results showed that: (1) work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher performance, (2) work environment had a significant effect on teacher performance, (3) organizational commitment had a significant effect on teacher performance, (4) work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. The data analysis technique to answer the research hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that the work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, but the work environment had no effect on employee performance, leadership style had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, organizational culture had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Then job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the results of this study indicate that job satisfaction acts as a complete mediation the influence of the work environment on employee performance. Then job satisfaction does not mediate (no mediation) the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction acts as a partial mediation the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Dengan demikian kualitas layanan/jasa dalam mendampingi petani merupakan persyaratan utama. Sehingga para penyuluh pertanian harus mampun meningkatkan kualitas layanannya untuk mewujudkan kepuasan petani yang pada akhirnya tercipta kepercayaan pada penyuluh pertanian. Kabupaten Wakatobi hanya memiliki 3% wilayah daratan yang didominasi daerah bebatuan karang barang tentu membutuhkan kemampuan lebih dalam mengelolah tanah pertaniannya sehingga diperlukan penyuluh pertanian yang handal untuk membimbing petani untuk meningkatkan produksi dan produktivitasnya agar terwujud kesejahteraan petani.Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas layanan sebagai variabel bebas dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel terikat serta kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan inferensial dengan bantuan alat analisis SEM. The increase in a company will be a support for the existence of a business to remain standing in the midst of competition with other companies, both those that have been around for a long time and with emerging competitors.The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.The results obtained are that the Aldina bakery company has implemented the stages of personal selling, which have not been implemented optimally, namely: Pre-approach, Overcoming Objections and Follow-up and Maintenance.
