This thesis is an answer to some people who do not like the Koran where they think that the repetition of verses contained in the Koran is something that is not systematic. This research uses a type of qualitative research where the data comes from the library (Library Research) which includes primary and secondary data. Then, the discussion in this study is descriptive-analytical in nature, namely by explaining the concept of tikrār in the Qur'an. The results of this study are: In terms of terminology, it can be concluded that the definition of al-tikrar in the Qur'an is the repetition contained in the Qur'an in the form of recitations, verses, or certain topics such as: stories of the prophets; discussion of heaven and hell; glad tidings and warnings, as well as the repetition of verses or letters, with specific purposes, which is a form of I'jaz al-Qur`an, in terms of style of language and content of meaning. In general, the phenomenon of al-tikrar in the Qur'an is divided into two types, namely repetition of pronunciation and meaning (tikrar al-lafdz wa al-ma'na) and repetition of meaning only, without pronunciation (tikrar al-lafdz duna al- ma'na). The purpose of this research is to offer semiotic language which is analyzed by Charles Sanders Peirce. By using library research (library research). The results of the semiotic study of Charles Sanders Peirce show that the semiotics of language has three categories, namely, firstly the representation of a sign that represents another sign, secondly the explanatory interpretant or interpretation of the first sign, and thirdly the object of a sign that is addressed with the representamen approach (supporters in the interpretation of the sign). ) and interpretants (interpreters of signs) which are then combined into the analysis of modern semiotic language. The controversy over the textual theory does not stop at this definition, it also widens the controversy to the stage of groups who accept and reject the text, even among the recipients of the text there are also polemics, such as their polemic about which verses are alleged to have been translated. In determining the number of verses to be assigned, scholars vary, some mention 214 verses, some say 134 verses, some say 66 verses, up to 5 verses. This study was carried out using analytic methods with library research through reading techniques, studying and finding reference relationships with problem solving in research. Finally, this study concludes that religious moderation must be understood by every society as a balanced religious attitude through mutual respect for worship among adherents of other religions. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan ayat al-Qur’an yang menyinggung kajian moderasi beragama. Moderasi Beragama adalah program yang dicanangkan Pemerintah dengan memperhatikan empat indikator yang meliputi komitmen kebangsaan, toleransi, anti-kekerasan dan akomodatif budaya local. Kajian ini ditempuh dengan metode analitik dengan penelitian kepustakaan melalui teknik membaca, mengkaji dan menemukan hubungan referensi terhadap pemecahan masalah pada penelitian. Namun dalam perkembangannya berbeda jauh dengan di tempat asalnya. Perkembangannya dimulai dengan penerjemahan sekaligus menjadi tafsir bagi ayat yang ditafsirkan. Dan muncullah sebuah tafsir lengkap 30 juz “Turjumān al-Mustafīd” ditulis seorang ulama nusantara abad ke-17M bernama Abdul Rauf al-Singkili. Kitab ini diprediksi kuat sebagai tafsir terlengkap perdana di Indonesia yang lengkap disusun 30 juz. Karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisa aspek metodologis dari kitab tafsir tersebut. Mengingat kitab tersebut adalah kitab tafsir berbahasa melayu dan menggunakan aksara jawi. Melalui metode kualitatif berbasis library reseacrh dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis artikel ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa kitab tersebut ditulis oleh Abdul Rauf al-Singkili ketika beliau menjabat sebagai mufti Kesultanan Aceh, dan tidaklah didapatkan alasan konkret mengenai latar belakang penulisan kitab tafsir ini. Kitab ini ditulis dengan gaya tartīb muṣḥafi dan bersumber bi al-ra`yi serta memakai metode tahlili. Rujukan yang digunakan dalam tafsir ini adalah tafsir al-Baiḍāwi, tafsir Jalalain, tafsir al-Khāzin, tafsir Tsa’labi, Manāfi’ al-Qur`ān dan al-Nihāyah. Adapun kandungannya mencakup tafsir itu sendiri, keutamaan surat, asbabun nuzul, nasikh-mansukh, qiraat, israiliyyat, dan masalah fiqh. Kitab yang menggunakan bahasa Arab-Jawi ini juga memberikan kemudahan kepada pembaca dengan menyertakan kata kunci. Sehingga bagi pembaca dan peneliti sangat bagus apabila memperhatikan kata-kata kunci tersebut. In the debates of scientists there are those who agree or reject and some even agree with the record of matrilineal norms if they are associated with the Qur'an. The purpose is to find out how the Qur'an views the concept of Matri. The object of this study, anthropological value in the matrilineal concept adopted by the Minang tribe when viewed from the Qur'an. This research is a library reseach or library research. Data sources consist of primary sources such as the tafsir al-Maraghi, Ibn Katsir, Tafsir alMuyassar and Tafsir Hamka. Meanwhile, secondary data from books and journals as well as blogs about Anthropology and Minang culture are related to this research. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodologi kepustakaan (library research) yang bersifat kualitiatif serta memakai metode analisa isi (content analysis) dalam menganalisa ayat-ayat da'wah yang berkaitan dengan da'i tersebut. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama, Hamka mengatakan ada sebelas syarat yang harus dimiliki oleh seseorang yang menekuni bidang dakwah. \u0000Kemudian, tiga metode dakwah dalam Alquran, yaitu: dakwah dengan kebijaksanaan, dakwah dengan nasehat yang baik dan membantah/mendebat dengan sopan. Kedua, Terdapat beberapa langkah yang dilakukan buya Hamka ketika menafsirkan ayat-ayat seputar da'i, yaitu: Mengambil sumber dari nash dan dalil aqli. Memberikan sub-judul pada tafsirannya. Sedikit memberikan penjelasan makna suku kata dalam ayat. Menerangkan hubungan suatu ayat dengan ayat sebelumnya. Memuat kisah inspiratif.
