Whether investing or buying or selling stocks, it is necessary to anticipate the future fluctuation direction of the rate of return, so as to adjust their portfolio accordingly, although it is impossible to predict completely and accurately. In this paper, the closing price of CSI 300 index is decomposed by using EEMD (Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition) algorithm based on hybrid intelligent algorithm, and 10 intrinsic modulus functions and one residual function are successfully obtained. Finally, the CSI 300 index prediction model based on EEMD-LSTM(Long Short-Term Memory) model is established, and various evaluation indexes are established to measure the performance of the model, and the prediction effect of the reference model is compared. The GARCH-Jump model is established and an attempt is made to study the price fluctuation of Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 stock indexes based on MCMC(Markov Chain Monte Carlo) simulation method. In the cause of above problems, this paper proposes a joint detection and diagnosis method for the outdoor insulation status, using image matching and image fusion technology to fuse the ultrasound and ultraviolet results, and thus quickly locate the corona discharge of high-voltage devices. First, based on the optimized multiple signal classification (MUSIC) algorithm and the ultrasonic single helix sensor array, an ultrasonic positioning visualization method of corona discharge is proposed. Subsequently, based on the refracted light path realizing the ultraviolet imaging, the visualization of the ultraviolet positioning is presented. Ultimately, the result of image fusion is provided. The positioning error evaluation of each part is carried out in the meantime. Facts proved the proposed algorithm is in high accuracy and good adaptability. A portable system for detecting crack width based on Android was researched and designed. Firstly, it used mobile phone camera to collect the crack image. Then, the collected image was processed by utilizing digital image processing technique, including preprocessing, filtering by utilizing morphological filter and canny edge-detection, and then extracted the edges of the crack and calculated the width. Compared the values of the system detected with the data of crack width detector, the relative error does not exceed 7%. This paper proposes a simultaneous reading recognition algorithm of pointer and digital multi and multi type instruments based on Faster-RCNN network model. Aiming at the problems of complex background, insensitive to small targets and low detection accuracy of industrial instrument reading recognition system, a detection method of industrial instrument based on Feature Pyramid Network (FPN) and Faster-RCNN network is proposed in this paper. In addition, in order to improve the recognition accuracy, an adaptive training data sampling algorithm is introduced to improve the effectiveness of positive and negative training sample extraction. Finally, the experimental results of industrial instrument reading recognition algorithm are systematically analyzed.
