Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website BEI di www.idx.co.id. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 4 perusahaan yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling.  Hasil penelitian sustainability report menunjukan bahwa secara parsial kinerja ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, tetapi kinerja sosial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Return on Assets. Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan kinerja ekonomi, kinerja lingkungan, dan kinerja sosial secara bersama – sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sejumlah 96 mahasiswa akuntansi 2016-2019, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data memberikan kuisioner kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif. Terkait hal tersebut, strategi pengembangan SDM harus senantiasa dilakukan agar perusahaan dapat memiliki Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas dan kompeten. Selain itu, perusahaan juga perlu memperhatikan hal lain terkait SDM yakni salah satunya adalah kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja merupakan suatu tanda apakah suatu perusahaan telah dikelola dengan baik atau tidak. Selanjutnya, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja antara lain mutasi, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja. Sementara itu, PT. Cipta Aneka Selera merupakan salah satu perusahaan di bidang food frenchise yang memperhatikan kepuasan kerja para pegawainya. Dalam kegiatan operasionalnya, PT. CAS seringkali melakukan mutasi sebagai salah satu bentuk dari strategi pengembangan SDM. Selain itu, diberlakukan atau tidaknya mutasi, lingkungan kerja serta motivasi kerja yang berbeda di kalangan pegawai menjadi perhatian PT. CAS saat ini. Ketiga faktor ini kemudian disinyalir memberikan kontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PT. CAS yang dinilai mengalami penurunan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah mutasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pegawai PT. CAS Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier. BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan is also known as market bank, PD. BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan employ many employees, PD. BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan is a company that cuts income tax and counts the income tax that has to be paid by the employees. However the rarity of the calculation of the tax survey will make the tax tend to be the same. This could harm the taxpayer and the state as the receiver of taxes. The purpose of this research is to know how the application of income tax point 21 on the employees of PD. BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan and how the income tax of point 21 on the employees PD. BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan is counted. The method used by the researchers is descriptive qualitative research methods, descriptive qualitative research is a procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of the people and behaviors that can be observed. The results of the study were deduction of the income tax that has to be paid by on employees of PD. BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan each month. The income tax each month is different because of differences in income received by the employee. This difference is due to the differences in the benefits received by the employee each month. Wakaf saham dibahas lebih lanjut melihat peningkatan minat dan keuntungan saham syariah di Indonesia. Wakaf saham diaplikasikan dengan dua model, yaitu wakaf dari dividen saham dan wakaf dari saham syariah sendiri. Wakaf dari dividen saham yaitu memotong dividen saham syariah dan disetorkan kepada lembaga wakaf dan diwujudkan dalam bentuk aset produktif atau aset sosial. Adapun wakaf saham langsung yaitu mewakafkan saham yang dibeli dan disetorkan pada pengelola investasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity, stres kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT. Malidas Sterilisasi di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 66 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu proportional random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap stres kerja. Job insecurity berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap turnover intention karyawan. PT. Malidas Sterilindo diharapkan dapat memberikan rasa aman terhadap karyawan dengan memberikan kepastian pekerjaan seperti kepastian pola karir, serta deskripsi pekerjaan yang jelas. This can be an opportunity for businesses to market, promote, or advertise their products through Instagram. Marketers must be smart to find the best way to influence consumers by disguising the advertisements they want to convey so that consumers don’t consider it as noise or interference. This is where the role of influencers is useful, to disguising advertisements. Influencers are \"ordinary people\" or non-celebrities, who are well-known and focus on certain areas that have thousands of followers on their social media accounts, and people follow or follow because of the fields they are involved in. This study aims to analyze and discuss the influence of social media influencer on purchase intention mediated by trustworthiness on Instagram account @kulinersby. This type of research is conclusive with a quantitative approach. The population is followers of the @kulinersby Instagram account. Questionnaires were distributed to 220 respondents and data were analyzed using path analysis. The results show that there’s a positive and significant influence on social media influencer on trustworthiness on @kulinersby; there’s a positive and significant influence on social media influencer on purchase intentions on @kulinersby; and there’s a positive and significant influence of trustworthiness on the purchase intention on the @kulinersby. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan triwulan bank muamalat syariah, bca syariah, bni syariah, dan mandiri syariah periode tahun 2015 – 2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Kredit macet diukur dengan rasio NPF, hutang jangka panjang diukur dengan rasio FDR, kecukupan modal diukur dengan rasio CAR, dan profitabiilitas diukur dengan rasio ROA. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kredit macet berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perbankan syariah.
