De esta manera, se utilizó una metodología cualitativa donde se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a tres mujeres de la Casa Cultural del Chontaduro con el fin de conocer estas experiencias desde sus propias narrativas e interpretarlas a través de la teoría de la psicología social. Se encontró que un libro, ciertas canciones, poemas, instrumentos musicales y vestuarios son elementos simbólicos para las mujeres de la Casa Cultural del Chontaduro, los cuales sirven como mediadores en el proceso de resignificación y contribuyen a una afirmación de la identidad social y cultural. Velandia, Yury Stephany Garavito Santander","doi":"10.15332/21459169.6806","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15332/21459169.6806","url":null,"abstract":"El propósito de esta investigación fue elaborar una revisión documental de forma exhaustiva sobre los diferentes artículos encontrados en las diferentes revistas psicológicas y repositorios a nivel nacional sobre estrés laboral en Colombia (2013-2018). Donde se analizó y destaco desde un enfoque psicosocial, el concepto de estrés laboral, los principales modelos que tratan de explicar este fenómeno, las causas y consecuencias perjudiciales que se originan en el individuo y en la organización. Se encontraron mayor cantidad de artículos sobre la temática en repositorios puesto que en total fueron 29 de 55 datos totales. Se parte de la idea de que ladimensión cultural debe ser central en la inclusión de estudiantes afrodescendientes paracomprender su identidad, evitar prácticas de discriminación y racismo, y garantizar que lainclusión vaya más allá de beneficios económicos y que permita la incorporación de saberes deesta comunidad en las instituciones de educación superior (IES). Se implementó una metodologíacualitativa, en la cual se revisaron documentos institucionales y se recolectaron testimonios apartir de entrevistas, que luego fueron canalizadas bajo las categorías de ‘discriminación racial /racismo’, ‘identidad afrodescendiente’ e ‘inclusión’. Se encontró que, excepto por la política dedescuentos, no hay, a la fecha, documentos ni prácticas orientadas explícitamente a la inclusiónde la comunidad afrodescendiente en la USTA Bogotá; sin embargo, existe apertura desde lasdiferentes instancias para construirlas. Asimismo, en las entrevistas se evidenciaron diferenciasrespecto al concepto de ‘afrodescendiente’ y se enunciaron eventos de racismo que no contaroncon ningún registro ni acompañamiento. Se concluye que se requiere un acuerdo institucionalsobre lo que significa ser afrodescendiente y generar estrategias que vayan más allá de las cuotaso descuentos, y favorezcan la identificación y atención a las interacciones simbólicas que podríanproducir escenarios de discriminación racial. Therefore, we find ourselves with a conception of man’s nature that has traditionally been considered deterministic. As some authors have denounced, such as Jacobi or Tschirnhaus, this conception, according to which all human action is necessary and is determined in advance, the absence of moral responsibility would follow. However, far from abandoning us to an amoral world, in Spinoza’s proposal there is present not only a certain conception of freedom, but also a normative conception of ethics. Consequently, this paper will show the path followed by the author of the Ethics to reach the conclusion that freedom and necessity are compatible concepts.
