We considered anthropomorphic design of chat bot as a positive impact on human perception, which is an important factor in human-computer interaction, because increasing the level of anthropomorphism of the system can potentially compensate for the lack of contact with a person. The influenceof the anthropomorphism effect and anthropomorphic design of the bot on the feeling of social presence, trust, and the desire to follow recommendations are investigated.High cost of financial advice, the volatility of markets and problems with finding professional financial advisors have created favourable conditions for the use of robo-advisors. Due to the growing popularity ofrobo-advisors andchat bots, new opportunities appeared for banks for attracting new customers. There are a large number of chat bots that can provide financial advice, butusually, these are complex solutions and they require quite a lot of time to work with them, so if the user's goal is to get a quick and specific answer, such solutions are not the best option.The goal of our research is to develop a Telegram chat bot for personalized financial advice. It is known, that a coupling between objectsvalue between oneand fouris good. However, there are apps in Java for whichthe coupling between objectsmetric value atan app level is greater than four. That is why, in our opinion, the above interval for coupling between objectsneeds to be clarified for the app level. To find the recommended values for the coupling between objects mean of an app we have proposed to apply the confidence and prediction intervals. A coupling between objectsmean value of an app from the confidence interval is good since this interval indicates how reliable the estimate is for all apps. A coupling between objectsmean value higher than an upper bound of the prediction interval may indicate that some classes are too tightly coupled with other ones in the app. We have estimated the confidence and prediction intervals of the coupling between objectsmean using normalizing transformations for the data sample from one hundredopen-source apps developed in Java hosted on GitHub. Comparisonwith the coupling between objectsmean values of three popular open-source apps developed in Java illustrate the applicability of the proposed quality indicators in the form of the confidence and prediction intervals of the coupling between objectsmean.","PeriodicalId":375628,"journal":{"name":"Herald of Advanced Information Technology","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128928408","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They also allow us to significantly rationalize the use of computing power in automated systems, for which response time and low energy consumption are critical. This work is devoted to the creation of a surrogate model for approximating the finite element solution of the problem of dispersion–strengthened composite plane sample deformation. An algorithm for constructing a parametric two–dimensional model of a composite is proposed. The calculation model is created using the ANSYS Mechanical computer-aided design and analysis program using the APDL scripting model builder. The parameters of the stress-strain state of the material microstructure are processed using a convolutional neural network. A neural network based on the U–Net architecture of the encoder-decoder type has been created to predict the distribution of equivalent stresses in the material according to the sample geometry and load values. A direct sequence of layers is takenfrom the specified architecture. To increase the speed and stability of training, the type of part of the convolutional layers has been changed. The architecture of the network consists of serially connected blocks, each of which combines layers such as convolution, normalization, activation, subsampling, and a latent space that connects the encoder and decoder and adds load data. To combine the load vector, such a neural network architecture as a concatenator is created, which additionally includes the Dense, Reshape and Concatenate layers. The model loss function is defined as the root mean square error over all points of the source matrix, which calculates the difference between the actual value of the target variable and the value generated by the surrogate model. Optimization ofthe loss function is performed using the first–order gradient local optimization method ADAM. The study of the model learning process is illustrated by plots of loss functions and additional metrics. There is a tendency for the indicators to coincide between the training and validation sets, which indicates the generalizing capability of the model. Analyzing the output of the model andthe value of the metrics, a conclusion is made about the sufficient quality of the model. However, the values of the network weights after training are still not optimal in terms of minimizing the loss function. And also, to accurately reproduce the solution of the finite element method (FEM), the proposed model is quite simple and requires clarification. The speed comparisonof obtaining results by the FEM and using the architecture of the neural network is proposed. The surrogate model is significantly ahead of the FEM and is used to speed up calculations and determine the overall quality of the approximation of problems of mechanics of this type","PeriodicalId":375628,"journal":{"name":"Herald of Advanced Information Technology","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114996648","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on these, functional schemes for controllingphase-shifting devices were developed.The developed system will allow, through the use of phase-shifting transformers, which belong to the flexible alternating currenttransmission system (FACTS)technology, to change the value of phase shift angle of the voltage and current vectors of one circuit relative to anotherthat.Thiswill lead to a change in the value of the wave impedance of double-circuit lines, due to the emergence of new electromagnetic connections between the conductors of the two circuits. The main task of the developed system is to support the operation of power lines in the matched load mode, when the value of the wave imped-anceis equal to the value of the load impedance. It follows from the analysis that this mode provides the lowest losses in the trans-mission of electricity through power lines.The implementation of this control system is planned by using the Internet of Things in-formation technology, that is, the formation of a wireless connection between the main elements of the system for data transmission.The developed system can be attributed to information systems, as well as the current concept of SmartGrid.Thus, a method has been proposed to increase efficiency by reducing losses during the transmission of electricity through double-circuit power lines through the use of the concept of SmartGrid.","PeriodicalId":375628,"journal":{"name":"Herald of Advanced Information Technology","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114245516","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Five models of multistep forecasting have been implemented, with their subsequent training and evaluation of the results obtained. The dataset is an upgraded minute-by-minute measurement of four years of electricity consumption. The dataset has been divided into training, validation, and test samples for training and testing models. The implementation is simplified by using the TensorFlow machine learning library, which allows us to conveniently process and present data; build and train neural networks. The TensorFlow functionality also provides standard metrics used to assess the accuracy of time series forecasting, which made it possible to evaluate the obtained models for forecasting the time series of electricity consumption and highlight the best ofthose considered according to the given indicators. The models are built in such a way that they can be used in studies of the quality of time series forecasting in various areas of human life. Web-service composition is used to derive new functionality from the interaction of existing web-services. Composite web-services are built in several stages: specifications (determining the type of service); development of the structure of the service based on the algebra of services; service composition modelling; selecting a service variant and generating a service. The main elements of the proposed approach are the algebra of services and web-services interaction models (basic and composite). The above approach formally presents the consideration of the main aspects in solving problems related to the construction of effective composite web-services and the selection of mathematical models, namely: description of web-services, determining the structure of web-services, taking into account the dynamics of information changes, taking into account the main uncertainties in building the structure web-services. Based on the approach, a method for constructing composite web-services has been developed. The method is based on an algebraic description of a web-service based on a specialized algebra of services. The method consists of the following steps: description of the task of developing a web-service; development of the structure of a web service based on the algebra of services; formal description of the structure and clarification of service operations; building models of functioning and interaction of service components; building simulation models of the composite service; defining the final structure of the composite service; web-service implementation. The main tool for describing composite services is the algebra of services, and the model building tool is colouredPetri nets implemented using СPN Tools. As an example of the application of the developed method, the construction of a pharmaceutical service is described, in which the modellingof the interaction of web-services based on Petri nets is used. The process of building a composite model of a web-service is considered. The process begins with building a pharmaceutical web-service model structure based on the service algebra. Based on the service algebra, operators were developed to implement composite services. The structure of the model is developed, which is presented in the form of a formal description. The process of building pharmaceutical service models in the СPN Tools environment is described in detail.","PeriodicalId":375628,"journal":{"name":"Herald of Advanced Information Technology","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115984441","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

LoRa is a new long-range, low-power wireless technology that is key to building IoT networks around the world. Unlike other wireless technologies, the signal range and autonomy are enormous. Unlike GSM networks, it does not require bulky equipment with a high level of radiation. It can be easily used in places with mass construction without harm to human health. Two main scenarios for modeling performance improvement were investigated. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that doubling the bandwidth effectively doubles the baud rate, and increasing the bandwidth reduces the sensitivity of the receiver, while increasing the propagation factor increases the sensitivity of the receiver. It is shown that by slightly changing the ACK procedure, it is possible to significantly improve the system performance in terms of packet delivery factor, system capacity, and energy efficiency. Conversely, it is determined that other system parameters are already well configured.","PeriodicalId":375628,"journal":{"name":"Herald of Advanced Information Technology","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129961865","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many checking and diagnostic methods directly or indirectly use the energy characteristics of systems, that are directly related to the work they execute, that is, their performance. The proposed elements of the technology of behavioral energy-consumption testing are based on the corresponding models and methods, supplemented by the registration and analysis of inertial temperature and operational volt/ampere characteristics of the test behavior of systems, at the model level represented by extended energy-consumption Petri nets. The elements of behavioral testing technology, proposed in this work, are distinguished by an additional set of calculated and empirical boundary temperature and volt/ampere characteristics of both systems and their components. These characteristics represent states/vertexes, positions/transitions, fragments and scenarios of operation, that are critical in terms of energy consumption, which gives grounds for their monitoring. A feature of these elements of the technology is also the possibility of determining and using natural identifying properties of energy characteristics in behavioral testing, which allows them to be used in check and recognition experiments for the reliability of functioning, both independently and in conjunction with behavioral analysis. The use of additional analysis of energy consumption by temperature and volt/ampere characteristics, as part of complex testing technologies and automatic systems of technical diagnostic, based on them, makes it possible to increase the efficiency, completeness and flexibility of behavioral online and offline testing for computer distributed information systems.","PeriodicalId":375628,"journal":{"name":"Herald of Advanced Information Technology","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123078301","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A mathematical model of a thermoelectric device has been developed for a uniform temperature field, a typical range of power dissipation of the products used, a range of standard values of the supply voltage, and a fixed geometry of thermoelement legs. A relation is obtained for determining the relative operating current depending on the relative temperature difference at a given supply voltage, the geometry of the thermoelement branches, and the magnitude of the thermal load. The region of real values of the relative operating current in the zone of relative temperature differences is determined for a given geometry of branches and thermal load. An analysis is made of the relationship between the relative operating current of a single-stage thermoelectric cooler and the coefficient of performance, the amount of energy expended, the heat-removing capacity of the radiator, the time to reach a stationary mode, and the probability of failure-free operation. The dependence of the relative failure rate and the probability of failure-free operation, the amount of energy expended, the heat-removing capacity of the radiator, and the number of thermoelements on the supply voltage of the thermoelectric cooler has been studied. This made it possible to evaluate the control features and identify the effectiveness of the control actions when the coolers are connected in parallel in a uniform temperature field.
