RTA is divided into the time-invariant system and time-varying system to be analyzed. When there is not rotation between the body frame and navigation frame, or the sensed specific force of slave inertial navigation system (SINS) is constant, RTA is a time-invariant system and has three unobservable states. Moreover the three misalignments are not estimated at the same time. When RTA is a time-variant system, it will be instantaneous observable by appropriate maneuver, which is easily achieved. With the level constant velocity maneuver, RTA is similar to a time-invariant system. So it has three unobservable states. With the level turn maneuver, RTA is instantaneous observable if the rotation angular rate is non-constant. With the marine sway maneuver and wing-rock maneuver, RTA is observable. The earliness/tardiness flow shop scheduling problems under uncertainty with different due windows are discussed in the paper. Based on the fuzzy programming theory, a scheduling model has been established and the uncertain processing time can be dealt with by fuzzy mathematics. And a fuzzy scheduling algorithm is proposed by analogy with the concept and the principle of biological immune system. The open numerical control system of winding machine based on industrial computer and motion control card was designed. The spindle is driven by frequency converter which is controlled by motion control card, using feedback of rotary encoder mounted at the spindle to accomplish closed-loop speed control and measurement of spindle position. A servo motor is applied to complete accurate position control of the carriage. The control software is developed with VC++ 6.0 language based on Windows NT platform. The software structure and functions of process parameters setting, remote control, and winding after accident interruption are also introduced. And the method using this algorithm to train support vector machine was given. In the new algorithm, the particle studies not only from itself and the best one but also from other particles in the population with certain probability. This strengthened learning behavior can make the particle to search the whole solution space better. In addition, the mutation for the particle is considered in the new algorithm. The mutation operation is executed when the particle swarm becomes stagnated, which is decided by calculating the population diversity with the formula presented in this paper. For the specific constraints of support vector machine, a new method to initialize the particles in the feasible solution space was provided. For adjust weld power, the signals from the tube walking speed sensor and lossless detection sensor are monitored and fused. Not only the relation between the target control function and the tube walking speed or the weld wound is nonlinear but also the state equation of the speed or the weld wound is nonlinear, the sequential importance resampling Bayesian filtering is used to track and predict the speed and wound. These predictive signals are considered the input of the fuzzy neural network to predict the weld state. The weld power is adjusted according to the weld state prediction so the melted weld or lack weld is avoided. Finally, an interactive evolutionary design support system combining case based reasoning technology is developed, and it is used in the structure design of injecting mould successfully. Through dynamical modulating of constraints and objective for design in the design process, intelligence of human and computer are integrated to design product in the system.
