This technology allows to study internal organs of the patient: the brain, spine, bones, joints, vessels and etc. The resolution of the MRI image is limited due to various factors: movement of the patient during the scan, the continuous movement of internal organs. The higher the quality of the MRI image, the longer it takes to scan. For more accurate diagnostics it is possible to increase resolution of the yielded images. This is achieved by using SISR(Single Image Super Resolution) algorithms, which allow you to obtain images with increased resolution from a single input image. In this paper the idea of the image super-resolution algorithms is presented, various forms of the problem and solutions to it are provided. The advantages of the SISR algorithms are described. The relevance of this task in the field of medical MRI images is explained. Metrics for comparing image quality PSNR and SSIM are given and described. A dataset for testing is presented. The stage of data preparation is described: the principle of selecting images from a set of datasets, converting data into the required format, compressing images to obtain input data for selected neural network models. The PSNR, SSIM metrics of two neural network models mDCSRN and FAWDN are measured on equally prepared input data. The comparison results are presented in the form of images and averaged data for the entire sample is stored in the table.","PeriodicalId":37476,"journal":{"name":"Radioelektronika, Nanosistemy, Informacionnye Tehnologii","volume":"2013 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83376614","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Accordingly, various applications have been developed to meet the needs of mobile users, which include navigation. The integration of these applications with maps and various localization technologies such as augmented reality (AR) will improve the reliability of navigation systems for wayfinding under certain constraints. AR allows the user to experience an interactive environment by observing the real world augmented by digital objects. However, this technology cannot store and control data. A geospatial information system (GIS) provides storage, visualization, and analysis of geospatial data that can be used to address the challenges and shortcomings of AR. In addition, the capabilities offered by GIS can be useful for achieving sustainability goals in areas such as effective planning and resource allocation. Traditional GIS, especially two-dimensional maps, provide a weak intuitive experience for users, leading to difficulties in interpreting the map and reaching conclusions. Therefore, AR can be used as a bridge between 2D and 3D visualization. The involvement of GIS in human activities and the transition of AR use from traditional terrain outreach to industrial applications makes it worthwhile to integrate GIS with AR to benefit from the two technologies simultaneously. The simultaneous visualization of real and virtual geospatial information leads to an interactive approach. The paper analyzes the capabilities of augmented reality and geo-referenced data approaches for the construction of water systems, describes their weaknesses and strengths, notes the main characteristics of the logistic regression algorithm and considers the tasks performed by this algorithm. A comparative analysis of the algorithms is carried out.","PeriodicalId":37476,"journal":{"name":"Radioelektronika, Nanosistemy, Informacionnye Tehnologii","volume":"2002 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89506078","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The considered equalizer uses the so-called modified architecture based on the adaptive filter with the input signal filtering, which weights are calculated using the Recursive Least Squares (RLS) algorithm. The equalizer of the acoustic channels amplitude-frequency response usually requires the usage of the adaptive filters with the large number of weighs that means the large computational complexity of the adaptive filter. The adaptive filters based on the fast RLS algorithms are efficient in the terms of their complexity but often unstable if the number of adaptive filter weights is large. Therefore, the algorithms are poorly suited for usage in the amplitude-frequency response equalizers of the acoustic channels. Adaptive filters based on the RLS algorithm, which use the Matrix Inversion Lemma (MIL), are stable, but computationally complex. The equalizer presented in this paper uses a simplified adaptive filter based on the MIL RLS algorithm with a diagonalized correlation matrix of the filter input signal. In addition, in the filter, each of the square submatrices on the simplified correlation matrix diagonal is inverted using a computationally efficient version of the MIL that takes into account the symmetrical structure of the mentioned submatrices relatively their main diagonals. Computer simulation confirms the performance of the proposed equalizer and demonstrates its efficiency comparing to the unsimplified equalizer. The demo includes the graphs of the equalizer steady-state amplitude-frequency response, the acoustic channel amplitude-frequency responses before and after the equalization, and the power spectral density plots of the equalizer input signal and the signals passed through the equalizer and the acoustic medium. The equalizer can be used in the equipment for the high-quality voice and music reproduction in the conditions of the limited computing resources for the implementation of the equalizer.","PeriodicalId":37476,"journal":{"name":"Radioelektronika, Nanosistemy, Informacionnye Tehnologii","volume":"17 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84765853","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Zinc oxide nanoparticles were synthesized in a plasma discharge under the action of ultrasonic cavitation. To create composites with a homogeneous distribution of nanoparticles, solution technology was used, and then melt compounding technology. Composite materials based on a copolymer of polyethylene and vinyl acetate and zinc oxide nanoparticles were obtained, and not sonicated and sonicated nanoparticles were used. The obtained samples of composite materials were studied by X-ray phase analysis, X-ray fluorescence analysis and scanning electron microscopy. It was shown that there are differences between the samples: in the case of nanoparticles without ultrasonic treatment, the particles are more strongly aggregated inside the composite material and their average size is visually larger than in the case of a sample with nanoparticles subjected to ultrasonic treatment.","PeriodicalId":37476,"journal":{"name":"Radioelektronika, Nanosistemy, Informacionnye Tehnologii","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90235374","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

AUC diagrams are a new statistical tool for identifying regularities in biomedical signals. The idea of AUC diagrams is to visually represent the dependence of the area under the ROC curve (AUC) when comparing data samples from the bounds of the range of given characteristic of this data, for example, frequency or amplitude, etc. The article demonstrates that this principle of data analysis allows us to identify some signs of postoperative complications that may occur in patients undergoing intensive care unit. It is known that the signs of such complications are changes in the amplitude and frequency of EEG oscillations in the neurophysiological frequency ranges delta, theta, alpha, and beta; however, amplitude changes can be caused by other reasons including the state of sleep and exposure to pharmacological drugs. Changes in the amplitude caused by postoperative complications can be revealed by analysis of the interhemispheric asymmetry of the patient's EEG. The developed type of AUC diagrams and interhemispheric EEG asymmetry maps help to automate such EEG analysis. The effectiveness of the developed statistical tools was demonstrated by the analysis of data in two patients with clinically confirmed delayed cerebral ischemia induced by subarachnoid hemorrhage.","PeriodicalId":37476,"journal":{"name":"Radioelektronika, Nanosistemy, Informacionnye Tehnologii","volume":"64 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88935763","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
