AI Recognition in Skin Pathologies Detection AI识别在皮肤病理检测中的应用

Between different malignant skin pathology melanoma is the most fleeting and mortality. Despite the superficial location of pathologies, only half of patients seek medical assistance on the early stages[2]. Treatment on the early (epidermal) stage provides a significantly higher chance of recovery. To assist a wide range of people in the early skin cancer detection, a software package was developed. The software based on deep convolutional neural networks technology. This complex allows to classify normal and malignant pathology on the uploaded photos. In clinical practice doctors use the ABCDE symptom's complex. This complex characterizes the observation of pigment spot asymmetry, border irregularities, color unevenness, diameter, and evolution [3]. The machine learning approach involves the computer evaluating similar factors when processing multiple images of different skin formations. The paper presents an algorithm for classification of skin lesions into pathology and norm using convolutional neural network architecture Xception with prior images segmentation. The upper classifying layers were frozen and new ones were added to classify skin diseases in the pre-trained neural network Xception. As a result, the classification of benign and malignant skin tumors provided at least 89% accuracy. At the moment, the result of research work is designed in form of application software that allows to download the image of pigmented skin spots from the camera. The direction of the optical axis of the eye in three-dimensional space is calculated using the reflection of IR LEDs from the cornea. Individual features of the user are taken into account using the short-term calibration procedure. The described algorithms combine high accuracy in determining the point of gaze with high speed. The procedure for determining the point of gaze consists of the following algorithms: estimation of the position of the pupils on the eye cameras frames using of the threshold processing taking into account the histogram of the frame and further approximation of the pupil by an ellipse; estimation of the IR LEDs glare position on the frames of the eye cameras using threshold processing; filtration of the glares by brightness, size, circularity, and of the glares beyond the iris, the size of the iris is estimated by the distance from eye camera to pupil position calculated on the previous frame; indexation of the glares with the template matching; estimation of the optical axis angles of the eye using a spherical model of the cornea with the nonlinear optimization methods; estimation of the point of gaze on the scene camera frame using individual user features found during the calibration process. During calibration, the movement of the ArUco calibration mark and its selection on the scene camera frame are used. This method of authentication has many drawbacks, one of them being that the card-holder has to remember the PIN from a smart card or from many smart cards, and the other drawback is the possibility that the PIN data may be damaged. In order to address these shortcomings, a few models have been developed to create a PIN from biometric data. The idea for the development of the algorithm proposed in this paper came about through the research of similar works such as \"Generation of Reliable PINs from Fingerprints,\" Fengling Han at al., with the aim of making the algorithm more stable and creating the possibility of authentication without the need for the authentication system to store the personal biometric data of the cardholder. The purpose of this paper is to address the process of entering the PIN easily, by tapping your finger on a fingerprint scanner and taking a photo of the card-holder's face. The algorithm presented in this paper encodes multimodal biometric fingerprint data and interpupillary distances of the left and right eyes into a 4-digit or 6-digit PIN, at the same time, as the process of its verification takes place. Thus, the encoded PIN is compared to the PIN placed on the bank card's chip. The advantage of this multimodal biometric authentication (MBA) model is that it does not require comparison of biometric data with data in a bank's authorization center. In Russia, more than 110,000 settlements with about 33 million people are not provided with healthcare services. The situation is barely better in other localities, primarily in the district healthcare setting which lacks enough doctors, or their qualification level is insufficient. The article describes the design of a telemedicine system with AMI based on modern telecommunications (cellular and mobile-satellite services) and a variety of AMIs for mammography, fluorography, cardiography, etc. The project has been developed and partially implemented by the MIPT and Vector Radio Company over the past 5 to 7 years. Weaver is AI-based enterprise platform, with the ability of chatting forms of communication, while exchanging rich content and talking to the end-users. The Chatbot Market size was estimated to be over USD 250 million in 2017 and is anticipated to grow at a CAGR of over 31% from 2018 to 2024. Chatbot market can be divided into five regions: North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and MEA. Raiffeisen bank implemented the first enterprise chatbot solution in Serbia. REA (Raiffeisen Electronic Assistant) is a chatbot built on Weaver platform. We also present customer acquisition and sales process using chatbot in marketing & sales funnel. At the end, digitizing business models represents a tough challenge for the companies since many of them miss a common language or framework to guide the digital transformation. They are based on a combination of the capabilities of existing social networks and distributed ledger technology (DLT), as new subjects of competition in the banking sector of the market. The threat to commercial banks is determined by the risk of loss of income, in particular, commission income from transfer transactions that are already being executed in the social media environment, and which have the potential for growth in turnover. Despite the active development of crypto-innovations (algorithms, platforms, actually cryptocurrencies), the use of distributed ledger technologies by the banks themselves in the financial sector is still very modest. At the same time, social networks with a huge client base show an obvious interest in fintech prospects. These two components of the projects under discussion are contradictory and the success of integration is not obvious. Therefore, it is of interest to researchers in the financial sector. In this paper, the chatbot is analyzed as an artificial intelligence tool in marketing, its today's application, as well as its future potential in the above-mentioned field. A survey of respondents' behaviors, habits, and expectations when using different communication channels was conducted, with particular emphasis on chatbots, their advantages and disadvantages in relation to other communication channels, in total sum of 60 survey respondents. The results showed that the greatest advantage of using chatbots in the marketing service was when providing simple, fast obtained information, but also showed respondents' fear of chatbots giving them the wrong information.
