Sudirman, Ellen Rusliati","doi":"10.23969/trikonomika.v16i1.416","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23969/trikonomika.v16i1.416","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence and find clarity on the phenomena about the influence of external and internal environment, and business ethic on business partnership and its impact on small enterprise performance in West Java on small stamped-batik business. The research was conducted by using descriptive and inductive method by taking sample of 116 companies using simple random sampling technique proportionally with structural equation model analysis. The conclusions obtained are that the external environment, and business ethic were in the fair category, while the internal environment, partnership, and performance were good. SEM analysis showed that the external and internal environment, and business ethic simultaneously had positive and significant effect on partnership of 64.6%. Partially, the external environment had positive and significant impact on the business partnership of 15.41%. The internal environment had a positive and significant impact on business partnership of 28.73%. Business ethic had a positive and significant effect on business partnership of 20.30%. The method used in this research was survey method with descriptive and verification approach, as well as by using primary data. According to the research, competence partially had no effect on information technology audit, while professional care partially affected the information technology audit. Education and training programs consist of hardware and software dimension; as well as work achievement with the dimension of quantity and quality. Education and training variables were both assessed in terms of respondents’ responses. The results reflect that most employees would assume that training is a very important. Work achievement is the contribution of individuals or groups either in quantity or in quality against the purpose of the company. Based on the respondents’ responses, employees’ work achievement is considered as excellent. Purposes of this study are 1) To determine external and internal factors of Private Senior High School X in Bandung. 2) To know the marketing strategy of Private Senior High School X in Bandung to increase the number and quality of graduate students and to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats that could face competition and market needs, 3) To know how marketing strategy of Private Senior High School X Bandung by segmenting, targeting, positioning and marketing mix to improve students and quality of graduates. The results showed that external environmental factors have high appeal while internal factors have power that is quite low on increasing the number of students and graduates quality. Private Senior High School X in Bandung must implement strategies to improve the schools’ quality by improving the quality of learning process, human resources, facilities and the promotion of external and internal aided with featured extra. This study was conducted through a survey method in Kampar District of Riau Province. The variables measured are determinants of crop production and food security. The results found that the area is faced with a decline in the production of rice and pulses which have an impact on rice shortage which was also caused by the potential not yet optimal management of land resources as a whole. The method used was descriptive and verificative analysis. The data collection was an interview by using a questionnaire along with observation techniques. The population is 70 nurses. Field data collection was conducted in 2014. Data were analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that work environment, compensation, job satisfaction, and extra role behaviors generally are relatively good. Meanwhile, the work environment and compensation partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The method used is descriptive and verification methods, with a sample of 30 banks and using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that credit risk does not partially affect profitability. Market risk, operational risk, and liquidity risk partially have positive effect on profitability. It simultaneously shows that credit risk, market risk, operational risk and liquidity risk have effect on the profitability of banks amounted to 67.1%. Hopefully, the result could give contributions for the development of management study, especially financial management. It also could hopefully provide valuable information about the importance of service quality, interest rate, and deposit on call in order to increase bank profitability. The location of this research was in Bank Mandiri, Bandung Branch Office in PT. X. The methodology used was quantitative research using descriptive and verificative analysis. Research data horizon was cross sectional using path analysis method. The results showed that there were significant influence between the interest rate on deposit on call, and service quality, interest rate, and deposit on call to profitability. The analysis uses SWOT presented in three parts: SAP (Strategic Advantages Profile), ETOP (Environmental Threats and Opportunity Profile), and SWOT Matrix. The analysis showed the government’s attention to the program that was launched (district development program and the urban poverty program) where is by provision of Counterpart Funds from APBD has been increasing steadily every year. The mechanism has been implemented according to some regulations. The urban empowerment program should further focus and involve on the interests and needs of urban communities. The sample was taken from 26 regions in West Java.The results showed that Foreign Capital Investment (FCI) and Exchange rate have positive and significant impact to GDRP. Domestic Capital Investment (DCI) has positive effect of labor but not significantly to GDRP. BI Rate has significant negative effect on GDRP.Fixed effect model allows the analysis of individual securities to be interpreted as the position of the relative potency of a districts / cities. There are nine districts/cities that have a significant positive intercept. These districts are categorized as areas which contribute highly to agricultural sector. The highest sector is in Indramayu district, the second is in Sukabumi, Banjar, Subang and so on. Cimahi has the lowest score of intercept. Negative intercept is an area of low agricultural contribution, generally those which are categorized as industrial areas, such as Bandung, Cirebon, Bogor, Bekasi, Karawang.
