This activity takes place in 3 initial stages starting from identification to the initial  introduction of digital marketing tools. The three stages include problem identification and observation,  MSME motivation, and Digital Marketing Strategy. The result of this activity is an initial design or social media-based digital marketing design. The object of the activity is the Kali Jegles Stren MSME group which is domiciled in Kediri and operates in the culinary and craft sectors. The MSME group really feels the  impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, but that does not mean MSMEs must continue to suffer losses even to the point of going out of business. Judging from the urgency of the school-family partnership in helping the success of children's education, it is very necessary to have a comprehensive understanding on the part of both teachers and parents in its implementation. For this reason, through this community service activity, it aims to provide insight and skills, especially to early childhood teachers who are partners in the implementation of PPLSP PGPAUD UPI Campus Cibiru. The results of the activity show an increase in partnership literacy between teachers and parents regarding the nature of the importance of partnerships, types, principles, strategies and approaches to partnerships. The stamp technique is very simple and can take advantage of objects and plants in the environment around us. Based on the survey, there are no products in the form of fashion fabric for the cultivating activities at the Social Service Information Unit (UILS) Meruya. Therefore, this service carries the theme of stamped art on cloth. Stamp is one of the simplest graphic arts or printing techniques, namely the stamp motif on the fabric that is created with the texture of various types of leaves in the surrounding environment. For example, we can take advantage of the texture of the banana midrib bone with a certain composition and pattern. The target to be achieved is to introduce Meruya's Social Service Information Unit (UILS) to people. The application is by applying the motif to the fabric. This can train the cognitive and motor aspects of students. The pandemic also hit the MSMEs, especially ESM Collection, which have decreasing selling due to it only running in the offline store. Not having online marketing media, lack of skill and knowledge in utilizing social media for marketing strategy are the main issues that ESM Collection faces. This community service activity aims to help ESM Collection to overcome its difficulties. Those issues were solved through training and mentoring in using social media Instagram to do online marketing and content marketing strategy. This event is divided into three steps. Firstly, is developing a training guidebook, secondly training to use the marketing application and evaluate it. Lastly is mentoring. Instagram training is given to ESM Collection staff in two days, and mentoring is one month. The result of this event is the guidebook helps the participants to follow the training, and the training method can increase their knowledge to use Instagram as marketing media. Furthermore, through mentoring participants can upgrade their skill to implementing content strategy on Instagram. No exception innovating in a processed product. Solokuro village is one of the villages in Lamongan district. Oyster mushroom itself is not a new food ingredient for local residents. Although most of them are rice and corn farmers, some are farming oyster mushrooms. One of them is Jaya Mulia Solokuro (JMS) as one of the SMEs in Solokuro village that cultivates oyster mushrooms, and has partners in the cultivation and marketing of oyster mushrooms themselves. JMS only sells oyster mushrooms to traders, shop owners or other partners. Although sometimes the harvest of oyster mushrooms is abundant, the farmers only focus on selling mushrooms. With limited insight in the processing of oyster mushrooms, the team of writers motivated to do community service through this training. This training was attended by 62 residents on 27 August 2021 at the Solokuro village hall. The purpose of this training is to provide insight and explore the potential of the surrounding community to be more innovative, especially in terms of processing oyster mushrooms. Until now Kuro Potret SME only does marketing through social media, and has problems marketing its services. To make purchase order for photography or videography services, a customer must still have to contact and meet directly with this SME, then the SME will record service orders and schedule their services manually. Based on these problems, a website-based marketing application is needed for Kuro Potret SME, which can record and schedule photography service orders. The method used in implementing this marketing application is direct training to the community as the end user in Kuro Potret SME teams. The results achieved are: From the Kuro Potret SME side, the satisfaction level of using the application is 90% while 10% states that the application needs to be equipped with better training modules. But from the consumer side of the 30 application users, 80% of marketing application users find it helpful to get to know the Kuro Potret SME more closely, 20% of application users say that the appearance still needs to be improved. So that in this activity it provides the right solution, namely by compiling a Business Model Canvas (BMC) to analyze each block on BMC so that we can find out the problems and shortcomings that must be met. Developing a marketing strategy is also done using social media as a medium of sales, such as Instagram, WhatsApp and Go-Food for promotions and sales medium, because it makes it easier for MSMEs to sell their product, besides that, we also design attractive packaging and make videos for product promotion. In addition, this activity also provides e-commerce training in order to optimize the marketing channel media, so that sales increase. Visual Communication Design is a branch of design science that studies communication concepts and creative expression, techniques and media by utilizing visual or visual elements to convey messages for specific purposes (information or persuasion purposes, namely influencing behavior). There are many things that can be learned in the world of DKV, one of which is animation. This service program aims to introduce high school and vocational students to the world of DKV and animation science in the industrial world. The material presented includes basic knowledge of DKV, animation and job opportunities. Socialization is carried out online using the zoom application. So that the participants who attended could cover all of Indonesia. At the end of the activity a questionnaire will be given to find out the participants' understanding, as much as 92% of participants understand the material presented. Hidayah","doi":"10.17509/tmg.v1i1.34296","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17509/tmg.v1i1.34296","url":null,"abstract":"Community Service based on research results in 2019, the results of the applied research are the basic techniques of creating an illustrated digital image into animation with the characteristics of a flat-space-time image and the basic stopmotion video editing techniques applied using a smartphone. The stopmotion technique is a basis that can be utilized optimally, the Covid-19 pandemic situation which limits the use of school computer laboratory facilities is a learning obstacle for students who do not have personal computers. The practical use of smartphones is able to produce good stopmotion video animation works, so the training focuses on SMK Multimedia teachers. The goal is that teachers can optimize smartphones to create stopmotion video animations as a way of learning for their students. The action review method is used so that the implementation of effective and solution training uses eight steps, namely problem identification, problem formulation, alternative identification, alternative determination, planning, program implementation, monitoring, evaluation and action review. The target audience is SMK Karya Budi's Multimedia Department, Cilenuyi District, Bandung Regency, totaling 11 people consisting of 5 expertise teachers and 6 adaptive normative teachers. The training is conducted offline and online.
