Advanced analysis of X-ray diffraction profile of carbon 碳的x射线衍射谱的高级分析

Among them, the lattice constant, crystallite size, degree of graphitization degree are indispensable parameters. The evaluation method of these parameters has been improved with the evolution of the principle of the X-ray diffraction measurement method, the numerical analysis method, and the computer.
