Dimana warga desa yang kebanyakan awam dalam penggunaan IT (Teknologi Informasi) serta kemampuan terbatas dalam memahami istilah-istilah IT dan keilmuan lainnya yang terkesan rumit untuk dimengerti padahal minat masyarakat perdesaan untuk belajar kewirausahaan cukup besar, dan juga masyarakat selama ini untuk mendapatkan informasi kewirausahaan belum optimal karena kemudahan dan kelengkapan dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi khususnya dalam pembelajaran wirausaha masih sangat kurang. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yakni Rapid Aplication Development (RAD) dengan tahapan antara lain : requirements planning, RAD design workshop, dan implementation. Manfaat dari sistem ini dapat memberikan manfaat kemandirian desa karena kemampuan wirausaha desa semakin meningkat dan desa memiliki kemampuan daya saing. Hasil dari penelitian adalah berupa Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kewirausahaan Pedesaan berbasis web multimedia. Kata Kunci: Pedesaan, Website, Kewirausahaan, Multimedia. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to establish a multimedia web-based Rural Entrepreneurship Management Information System that provides public services for learning entrepreneurship. Where villagers are mostly lay people in the use of IT (Information Technology) as well as limited ability to understand other IT and scientific terms that seem complicated to understand even though the interest of rural people to study entrepreneurship is quite large, and also the community to get entrepreneurial information yet optimal because the ease and completeness in the use of information technology, especially in entrepreneurial learning is still very lacking. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with stages including: requirements planning, RAD design workshop, and implementation. The benefits of this system can provide the benefits of village independence because the capacity of village entrepreneurs is increasing and the village has competitiveness. The results of the study are in the form of a multimedia web-based Rural Entrepreneurship Management Information System. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode pengumpulan data primer yang terdiri dari Metode kuesioner, mengumpulkan dokumen-dokumen dari tempat penelitian (dokumentasi) dan menggunakan metode pengumpulan sekunder yaitu data yang didapat berupa pengetahuan teoritis yang didapat penulis selama ini, baik dari bahan-bahan kuliah, buku-buku referensi yang relevan, serta dari hasil penjelajahan (browsing) dari internet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 4 variabel webqual, ada 3 variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas website, yaitu variabel usability, information quality dan variabel service interaction quality. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa website kurang berkualitas dalam segi Overall (keseluruhan), sehingga variabel webqual yang perlu diperbaiki dalam pengembangan selanjutnya yaitu variabel Overall. Kata kunci : Evaluasi kualitas website, metode webqual 4.0AbstractThe problem in this study is the unknown quality of the website SMK Negeri 2 Tugumulyo Agriculture, especially in the assessment criteria on the usefulness, quality of information, quality of service interaction and overall . This study uses 2 methods of data collection, namely the primary data collection method consisting of Questionnaire method, collecting documents from the research site (documentation) and using secondary collection methods, namely the data obtained in the form of theoretical knowledge obtained by the author, both from lecture materials, relevant reference books, and from the results of exploration ( browsing ) from the internet . The results showed that of the four variables WebQual, there are three variables that significantly influence the quality of the website, which is variable usability, information quality and service interaction variable quality. Can be concluded that the website lacks quality in terms of Overall (overall) , so that the webqual variable needs to be corrected in the next development that is the Overall variable . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, dengan cara melakukan pengamatan secara langsung pada tempat penelitian (observasi), metode wawancara, menyebar kuesioner kepada responden, metode dokumentasi dan metode perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 4 variabel webqual, hanya 2 variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa terhadap website, yaitu variabel ussability dan overall.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kurang setuju terhadap variabel informasi kualitas dan informasi pelayanan, sehingga variabel servqual yang perlu diperbaiki dalam pengembangan selanjutnya yaitu variabel informasi quality dan informasi pelayanan. Kata kunci— Evaluasi, kualitas website, metode webqual AbstractThe problem in this study is that this website needs quality evaluation in delivering information and services based on the user's point of view by using an assessment of the variables that exist in the webqual method. This study uses data collection methods, by observing directly the place of research (observation), interview methods, distributing questionnaires to respondents, documentation methods and library methods. The results showed that of the 4 webqual variables, only 2 variables had a significant effect on student satisfaction on the website, namely ussability and overall variables. It could be concluded that students did not agree on the variables of quality information and service information, so that servqual variables needed to be improved in subsequent development namely quality information information and service information. The reasearch proposes a decision support system to recommend conventional banks as a savvy solution for saving. The promethee method generates decisions by comparing alternatives based on different preference functions and weights of each criterion in which the decision result is determined from the promethee II (net flow) rating. The criteria used as the valuation for conventional bank are savings interest rate (C1), number of ATM machine (C2), initial deposit of saving (C3), monthly administration fee (C4) and bank service (C5). This developed system resulted Bank Mandiri as recommendation of conventional bank as smart solution to save with net value 0,725.
